"Never be swayed by bad reviews; everyone should have their own experience. I had an absolutely incredible time at Los Personales with my family. From the very beginning, the service at the front desk was amazing. The room was huge with great views, smelled wonderful, and the bed was fantastic. The place is new and comfortable, and it's only a 9-minute walk from the 169th Street Jamaica train station. Plus, you can't hear a thing in the hallways, let alone from outside."
