Stunning view, disappointing room

The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning

Sarà per la prossima....

La camera era accogliente ma non così come sembrava nelle foto. Dagli scarichi del bagno salivano odori sgradevoli. La SPA troppo affollata. Abbiamo rinunciato il secondo giorno all'ingresso. Forse non si aspettavano tutte quelle persone, ma atteso che avevano già le prenotazioni potevano mettere qualche cameriere in più nel ristorante e nella sala colazione.

Ottima struttura, vicina alla splendida Cascate delle Marmore, personale professionale e disponibile. Il vero punto di forza è però la terrazza con vista sul lago: siamo stati in centinaia di Hotel in luoghi molto belli, ma uno spettacolo del genere è veramente unico. Anche solo la colazione sulla terrazza vale da sola la scelta. Non abbiano trovato difetti.

Nel prezzo di una camera Basic vi era incluso l'accesso al centro benessere dell'Hotel. Con il noleggio di un Kit dal costo di 10 euro potevo quindi accedere a strutture come bagno turco, sauna e vasca idromassaggio. Location molto bella con vista sul lago Piediluco. Unica pecca forse è il parcheggio. Quando l'hotel è pieno non sempre è facile trovare un posto "comodo" per l'auto.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, kompetent, lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit. Allerdings gehört die Abgabe der Entfernung des Hotels von Piediluco richtiggestellt. Es sind nich 1,3 km, sondern mindestens 2,5 km.

Vista lago perfetta, terrazza panoramica molto bella, bici elettriche a disposizione, discreto spazio per parcheggiare il proprio mezzo. Il punto dolente è stato il personale, forse sottostimato nel numero, ma completamente disorganizzato. Sono riusciti a commettere tutti i possibili errori: ci assegnano inizialmente una camera già occupata, dopo il cambio la camera non era vista lago come prenotata, all'ennesimo cambio stanza questa non era stata pulita... Migliorando (di molto) questo aspetto, la struttura ha grande potenzialità.

Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto ma da ristrutturare

L’hotel e in una posizione strategica con vista lago ed il panorama compensa le mancanze dell’hotel in generale. Il personale è davvero gentile cordiale e attento ad ogni tua necessità peccato che la struttura in generale ha un po’ di difetti. Le stanze sono anni 90 con moquette, mobili, letti e finestre da cambiare anche perché essendo vicino l’acqua ci sono molti moscerini che entrano dalle finestre che hanno problemi con le guarnizioni. Il bagno è nuovo ma la doccia aveva problemi con le porte scorrevoli e quindi si allagava il bagno. Nel complesso però il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto però con una profonda ristrutturazione delle camere questo hotel potrebbe passare anche ad un 4 stelle per il meraviglioso panorama che offre il solarium e la sala da pranzo sul terrazzo.

La vista è meravigliosa, il lago è qualcosa da vedere.Ottimo il ristorante, il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottima la colazione con vista sul lago, servita da Patrizia, sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze dell'ospite.Camere confortevoli, con tv, clima, frigo, ecc.Ci ritorniamo. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

The staff were all very nice, but the property was very tired and in bad need of a total renovation. The restaurant was terrible, but the view are great. The whole place felt like a youth hostel more than a hotel.
