Thank you for your feedback. Each guest has a 20 per day authorization for incidentals, which will be released at check out as long as there are no damages to the room. This is explained at check in.

You can do better
Elevator was out of service, breakfast cold to lukewarm at best, local NBC station was unavailable on tv programming. I did get the room at a discount but it was non refundable. I would like to have cancelled my reservation as soon as I learned the elevator was out of service but I wouldn’t have received my money back.

Ok stay if you don’t mind loud Music
The Hotel was clean But they had 2 Party’s back to back Music was loud till 1am both nights and The las tat they put signs on the elevator to say they were not working in in Fact they were not sure what and what made them do that Very disappointed

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We did have a paid private event however it ended at 11pm. The additional noise you may heard was from the concert venue next door (Silver Saloon). They normally have concerts every weekend. Unfortunately we are not able to control their music. Again thank you for your feedback.

Very clean room and friendly staff. My only complaint and its pretty much the same with all hotels, is bed mattress is to firm for my preference but what are you gonna do.

Very clean property and quiet area. There was a party downstairs but the noise was manageable and polite staff. Hands down one of the best breakfast options in town! Try the omelette and biscuits..... delicious

Our first night we received a heavy rain and our first floor room flooded. The staff was was sympathetic and moved us to a higher floor. We stayed two more nights however the.morning of our check out , the elevator broke down and we had to carry all of luggage down the stairs.

It actually was at no fault of the property!! I always book through Expedia (which I did for this trip) the only thing that I did differently was that I was going to have my dog with me! When I searched I included pet friendly for the hotel. Holiday Inn Express was on the list, I really like Holiday Inn so I booked it. Once I got to the hotel, I unloaded everything (including my dog) walked into the hotel at 8:00 something at night only to have the desk clerk ask me if my dog was a “SERVICE DOG” and I said NO, WHY? At that point I was told that PETS WERE NOT ALLOWED!!!!! The desk clerk told me that they have requested many times for Expedia to remove them from the “Pets Allowed” but it still has not been done! So be warned and double check with the property before arriving!
