“Maria has a very nice home. Her little dog Max is so sweet and well behaved. Her home is very clean and well maintained. Clean sheets and towels. The neighborhood is very safe feeling. I traveled alone for an appointment in Texarkana. I felt very safe staying here. I just needed a night. I got off work at 6 and drove my hour and 45 minutes. I arrived at 8pm. “We stayed at the property over Easter weekend with family. There were four adults and two teens, and more than enough room for all of us. We were met upon arrival and given a tour of the property and shown how to use some of the things on site. There are a lot of original things to the period it was built, and the images on the listing show off some of the highlights of the property. We enjoyed exploring, playing hide and seek, and relaxing with the family. There were a couple of negatives, but...

“Property was nice and clean. Kitchen was fine. TV had a lot of channels to pick from. Location was good. Several stores just a few minutes away. My two critiques are the smell of cigarette smoke. It is not heavy, and you get used to it fairly quickly, but it is noticeable. The other is the electrical plugs in the bathrooms do not work.”
