"The breakfast choices were not as good this time around."

"The condition of this hotel was completely unacceptable and well below basic cleanliness standards. The room we were given appeared to have been “made,” but the sheets had clearly not been changed—there were crumbs, hair, and other debris throughout the bed. The floors were sticky, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. We were traveling with a group, and multiple rooms had the same issues, so requesting another room did not seem like a viable solution. Due to the overall condition, we requested a refund and left the property. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made to housekeeping and cleanliness."

"We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It is under renovation and this was not on their listing. The first floor halls and elevators were dirty and where the renovations were taking place. The second floor was closed for renovations as well. Our room was nice however there were bare foot prints in the bathroom and black hair on the back of the toilet and the taps were not wiped down so makes me uncomfortable what else was not cleaned. We had to ask for an ice bucket. The tub had a large stain on the bottom. The bed was very nice and comfortable. We smelled cigarette smoke when we walked in the hotel. The breakfast was not good. There was nothing healthy to eat other than a few yogurts and applesauce. No eggs, etc. The staff were nice. The price we paid for this hotel being the way it is is ridiculous. We were very unhappy with our stay."

"Very disappointed the pool wasn't working, the breakfast isnt worth mentioning due to them having NO food and very limited parking due to construction. I will say the room was clean .I tried to make the most of it with low tunes but even that was short lived by the fun police knocking on the door at 7pm on a Saturday night🙄So no pool , breakfast parking or music!"

"My room was given away before I checked in. Room was prepaid. We called and told them my flight was late and to make sure they save our room. They still gave it away REFUND FULL PAYMENT"
