"Room over priced for the time of year. Food fair and over priced. Ordered a bowl of fries which were £3.95 and only worth about £1.50 and were not hot. "

"Beautiful hotel. Clearly a labour of love and wonderful to stay in a building with local history. Quiet and peaceful despite being in the town centre. Lots of great food and drink options nearby. "

"Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. "

"This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads. The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good."

"Breakfast on the whole was exceptional but maybe the scrambled eggs needed some work, aside from that no complaints and the speed of service was excellent. Awesome location with views outside the property and staff are very outstanding. Hotel is currently being updated which is being done without minimal disruption to the guests. Highly recommended. Just make sure non transport guests please be aware of the local bus service because they are very limited (this has nothing to do with the property). "
"The houseboat is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay on the Broads. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife and the boats going by. There’s a hotel nearby where we ate. It served good, tasty food with huge portions. "
Peaceful lakeside cottage close to the Broads and beaches
10/10 Excellent
"Everything you need. Doesn’t have Wi-Fi or good signal for your phone but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about exploring the surrounding countryside. I would recommend if you want a peaceful holiday."
"Best “citybreak” stay of our lives! Everything was absolutely perfect and there’s nothing we ’d change, except our length of stay - if we could, we’d still be there, but not sure the hosts would want squatters on their land! Animal therapy, amazing hosts, Mother Nature herself looking after you … bird songs, deers, donkeys, pigs, goats, cats, and anything in between! If you’re not used to glamping, don’t bother leaving nasty reviews. Says more about you than the place. If you don’t love nature, again…don’t bother, it’ll be lost on you. Amanda, Barry, Ray, loved meeting you all and thank you for having us. Can’t wait to come back!"
