“Extremely helpful host who went out of their way to assist with queries prior to booking. Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both……

Never met the host (evidently a company with several properties); exchanged emails with a manager, who responded promptly. “Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team. We would definitely recommend, and would return.”

“Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. “Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. “This is great property for a family get together and we found plenty to do locally. The river is a short walk to the river. If you’re thinking of eating at the Swan make sure to book, they have a staff shortage which meant some areas for eating were closed off. The property was well appointed, and everything was of good quality and worked as it should. Thanks!”
