"The rooms are a good size and quiet, great location to times square and theatre district, staff are lovely, beds super comfy and handy 'shop' in the lobby. Unfortunately the lifts are a nightmare, everyone was complaining, breakfast the most chaotic I have ever come across - more like a scrum for food with people standing about eating with no where to sit. It's a free for all, I gave up and despite paying for breakfast didn't get anything. Sadly I wouldn't stay again, such a shame."

"It’s a perfect hotel city, if you want stay located close everything! They let me check in a bit early, the room was nice and clean.. one small let down was always a line for elevator, but I’m guessing it’s always like that in NY hotel full of people!"

"La ubicacion muy buena. El lobby un poco precario, sin asientos y con un mostrador mas propio de un local de comidas rapidas. El personal del mismo como el del valet, poco colaborador y bastantes antipaticos. El acceso a las habitaciones, pese a tener un sistema de control, no es implementado y no hay personal que chequee la posesion de la tarjeta, lo cual permite que gente no alojada acceda al bar del piso 54. El bar -a su vez- podria ser aprovechado muchisimo mejor, con una vista excepcional,...

"Roaches in room 838. Notified mgmt (showed video and picture of roach crawling on walls) and we were given another room (larger) 1709 and a small discount. This was a nice gesture but the thought of roaches crawling on us while we slept and crawling through our belonging runs through our head."
