Visited Saturday very soon after it opened about 9 am. There was no wait line so purchasing express pass for the elevators was a waste of money. Also purchased lunch tickets but this was a scam. Only after the purchase of express tickets and lunch at the Empire grill, we were asked to make reservation. But all time slots for our visit was full. To make it worse, it is closed on weekends anyway. They must make this clear before having to pay. Their website had me pay, then try to make reservation. The fact that the lunch ticket is valid for one year is little comfort for those visiting from outside USA. I contacted their customer service three times. Their automatic response was that someone would respond within 48 hrs, but all we got was total silence. The actual view was great but nothing special as there are other taller towers. That said, it is unique and a tick in the bucket list.
