It is a beautiful property with spacious room. Linen and towels are good too. But this property is far away from anything, such restaurant, transportation, no beach near by, grocery store. So if you are staying here, you need to have your own transportation such a car or motorcycle.

Great place to stay! The receptionists were very helpful and the place was very clean. The only thing we found a bit inconvenient was the location. Most tours do not offer free pickup from this location as it is far away. However it is a quiet area and great for relaxation.

Nice hotel
We just stayed for one night on our way through the area. Arrived late at night but the hotel was easy to find with Google. The person at the front gate showed us to our room without any issues or extra time. The entry way and pool looked nice.

Fantastic stay at Red Pool Room
The Red Pool room is really spacious, bed is very comfortable with clean crisp linen. the bathroom is fabulous with separate enclosed shower and stone round bath tub. His and her basins and large vanity slab gives loads of space for toiletries and cosmetics. The breakfast from the restaurant is really so over priced not good value and tasteless. Had a club sandwich with only had cheese sauce served with fries and nothing else. Baht250 - The staff are FABULOUS, so welcoming and friendly. on our second night our Aircon stopped working and we were upgraded to the Pool Villa - was very much appreciated. Location is little out of the way but its a peaceful area. On departure we were presented with a thank you gift of Spa body cream, shampoo and conditioner. Such a lovely touch and gesture. highly recommend this establishment.

I loved staying here so much! The resort is a ways from the main beaches but the resort can help you rent a car or motor bike with no issue! The staff here went above and beyond, always kind and helpful. The villas were amazing and the red rooms as well. The massage ladies deserve An award they were so good. All in all it was a great experience

Amazing Stay !! The staff was very attentive and meticulous when delivering food on time, cleaning the room, & completeing other requests. The perfect honey moon location / resort. They made us really feel at home. Great Villa & Great Staff

Great little hidden resort. It is in the middle of nowhere, just know there is no "walking out at night" to get some local food. The restaurant/room service is incredible and not super expensive (good priced). The rooms are huge and the pool is easily accessible. The AC runs very well and keeps you cool all day/night.

It was super exciting to stay at the kiri villa, location is not in city it’s a village which makes it very comfortable and private. Make sure you have rental car if you’re going to book. Staff was very nice and breakfast was awesome:) worth staying at Kiri villa :)

Everything was perfect. The villa was beautiful. Pool was easily accessible and wasn't crowded. Definitely made it feel like I was more at home as opposed to being in a hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Always available at your request whether it is for food, or a service to the room. Room was extremely clean and there was nothing that I could complain about.

Very modern and private! Although the drive to the villa is a bit nerve wrecking since the location seems secluded, it’s worth the primary intimidation since the villa is very luxurious and beautiful. About a half hour from Bangla Street in Patong and about 20 mins from the airport.

We loved the service we received and the fact that it was quiet. We didn't like the bed as it was far to hard, the staff were accommodating and supplied a mattress topper however this was still not enough to soften the bed.

Stayed the final night before leaving to head back to the US. Hotel was about a 20 minute cab ride to downtown Phuket. Hotel was clean and Villa was large with two king beds and a large pool. Cute gift shop with reasonably priced items. I had a small mix up with a delivery to my room and the staff couldn’t have been more gracious. They were wonderful, took accountability, had great communication and did a wonderful job of keeping me updated. Anything we asked for, drinks, taxi, was immediately accommodated. I would highly recommend.

The private villa was perfect as advertised. The property may seem located too central, but a 5 min quick scooty ride away from the beach and other eating joints.

Overall, The Kiri Villas Resort was fantastic! When we arrived, we checked in and were taken to our villa by golf cart. The villa had an electronic entry gate leading to a carport, which added an extra layer of privacy. Inside, the villa contained everything you could ask for - a living room with a big sofa, kitchen, dining room table, outdoor shower, private pool, king bed and a very big bathroom with a two-person jacuzzi. Everything worked flawlessly. The location could have been a little better, as the closest beach (Surin Beach) was about a 20-minute drive away. If you’re planning on spending a decent amount of time at the villa, I wouldn’t say it’s too big of a deal. For the price we paid, this was a steal!

The staff are friendly. They helped me to fix my rental car battery. The villa is spacious with a nice pool, but the bed sheets are old. The food from their restaurant is good. It’s just unfortunate that the driver didn’t pick us up from the airport due to an accident—they claimed!

Spacious villa. Great housekeeping. Helpful, friendly receptionists. Great food with halal options. Calm and relax ambience property. Great for family with children. Improve on TV channel listings. Location is far from tourist attraction thus the need to add shuttle services to various attractions and its timings (currently only 2: Tesco Thalang & Surin Beach only) Should provide complimentary airport shuttle (airport-villa-airport) for guests.

Quiet, remote setting
Isolated place, required to hire a car to get to places. Reception shut at 8 every evening so we had to organise ourselves. Restaurant and dining was below average. Language was a barrier. Only the lady at reception dpoke English.

Friendly and helpful staff and accommodating to our requests. Like the fact it has free shuttles to nearby beach and shopping mall. Quick in resolving our concern when we raised issue with our bath tub. Hope they remain this way and I will definitely choose this resort again.
