“The house is in a great location and is easy to get to. It was spotless and exactly as pictured in the listing. The colors, hardwood floors and design elements really make each room very special. We loved the fireplace and cozy seating in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals. There's a great shower on the second floor! “We literally could not ask for a better location based on our needs. Someone in our part was from Japan and we wanted to give them an authentic Chicago experience - from Lake Michigan, to green, walkable neighborhoods, to proximity to CTA, it was perfect. The house is exactly as pictured. We were six adults using four bedrooms. Everyone agreed the mattresses were very comfortable. I loved Rogers room. Plenty of towels. “The place was spectacular, just gorgeous. The owner was very welcoming, and provided us with so many amenities in case we had forgotten something. Every detail was incredibly well thought out. The architectural details were stunning. It was a very luxurious place within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. “Be aware this is an old building but everything was very clean. Location was also great. Just a ten minute walk to Loyola University Chicago and a 5 minute walk to this really awesome breakfast place called Honeybear Cafe (try to make reservations cause it was packed when I went). I made coffee every morning and ironed my shirt with no issues. This place reminded me of apartments I used to hang out in when I was younger. It has a rickety floor and noise pipes, but I personally felt right at home……
