The front desk staff upon check-in or very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend staying here as you can walk to restaurants, cathedrals, etc.

Conveniently located
Well located with easy access to the train station and a short walk into the old town. Decor seemed a bit dated, but the hotel was clean and pleasant. Good breakfast. Only downside was the noise from the main road, although this was fine as long as the windows were closed.

Great stay
Great hotel. I'd stay here again. It is super close to the main train station. The hotel offers limited parking and you can't reserve it so if you drive, just plan on parking in the train station parking lot. It is a block away and 12 Euro per night. My only negative comment on the hotel is the parking.

Highly recommend.
Close to the train station which was very convenient. We could walk to everywhere and felt completely safe. Fastest check in I have ever experienced. Very good breakfast with lovely personal service even though it was part of the room charge. Offering coffee refills for example, and there were table settings at every chair despite the buffet style food. Felt more like a restaurant than some hotel breakfasts.

Nice hotel near the Train Station
Nice hotel near the train station, and easy walking distance to the historic centre. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was very good.

We liked the service and location, and enjoyed the breakfast. People in front desk was very nice and helpful. The only thing we did not like was the room we stayed did not have AC.

Thankful for AC!
Much of Europe is going through a heat wave this summer, and I was very pleased to get upgraded to a room in a newer annex Called the Thomas house. Very clean and comfortable with cold air conditioning. Close to Main train station and shopping options.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay in Erfurt
The Best Western in Erfurt was absolutely wonderful. It had all the comforts of any modern American hotel. Breakfast was great. It was located in a very central area and you could walk to everything. The staff was wonderful. The only downside was that there is no air conditioning, but we had record high temperatures while we were there.

Above average hotel in a below average city.
Nice clean and secure hotel very near the train station and on local bus routes. Look close as the entry is simply a doorway on the sidewalk. Good breakfast as well. Grocery store across the street. We were there in late May during an unusually warm period. No AC and a lot of bus noise with the window open..

Clean and comfortable in city center
Third time at this property and as always, clean and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Breakfast is very good and wifi is fast and dependable- you have to ask for a code at the front desk. Hotel is very close to city center and within a block of the central train station.

Great location and nice hotel.
Room was a block from central station. I was in town for a convention at the Erfurt Messa and the tram was a 3 mi ute walk. Hotel was comfortable and the room was clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Wifi was free and adequate. I am coming back to Erfurt in December and will most definitely stay here again!

Das in der Nähe des HBF gelegene Hotel ist praktisch, um zu Fuß die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Alle weiteren Punkte können einfach über den HBF erreicht werden. Die Zimmer in den Hinterhof sind leise. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als ausreichend und zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen und liegt sehr zentral und das Zimmer war sauber und mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit allen was man sich so wünscht und sogar mit thüring. Spezialitäten und zu Fuss konnte man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen und die Haltestelle von der Straßenbahn war ca. 4 min entfernt Richtung HBF. (Ostern 2024)

Excelente localização com bom café da manhã, WIFI
Excelente localização, cerca de 5/6 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. Staff muito bom, com escelentes dicas sobre a cidade, inclusive um pequeno mapa gratuito das atrações, sendo que as atrações estão todas a pequena distância a pé, não é necessário usar o transporte público para se locomover. Creio que a localização é ideal para se deseja usar como base para conhecer Weimar e o Campo de Concentração de Buschenwald. Café da manhã muito completo e incluso . Excelente Wi-fi, quartos confortáveis

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Erfurter Hauptbahnhof. Dennoch ist es recht ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sind auch in direkter Umgebung, den Anger kann man zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Auch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt kann man zu Fuß gelangen. Alternativ fährt die Tram direkt vom Hbf in verschiedene Richtungen ab. Das Hotelzimmer ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten einen netten Ausblick aus dem vierten Stock. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten, es ist recht überschaubar und inkludiert nichts Besonderes. Dennoch ist das Hotel insgesamt empfehlenswert.
