“Easiest checkout process I’ve ever had. These owners get it! Great location to take in Tacoma. Lots of extras to make you feel comfortable. Clean, convenient, friendly, and well stocked.”

“Definitely worked for us since it was a smaller group, but still tight. It was clean but not stocked with typical necessities. There isn’t a store on the island ( other than a tiny marina store) so I would have liked to have been prepared prior to coming. We didn’t receive any information until the morning we were traveling. Loved our host though, very communicative and caring! ”

“The view was great, Kitchen set up nice I enjoyed cooking in it. Bathroom is probably the best bathroom I’ve stayed at, great water pressure and lots of extras. Did need to bring any place was stocked. Had a great time.”

“We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. The condo was in a wonderful neighborhood and we enjoyed walking the sidewalks and enjoying the beautiful scenery of fall trees in the cool weather. “The apartment was really cute and well-appointed. I had everything I needed for showers, laundry, and making simple meals. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. Two tips— the parking was a little cramped. Best not to have a big car to maneuver in and out of the parking space. The elevator looks old and scary but it worked just fine for transporting my suitcase up and down!”

“Extremely kind, patient, accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. Went above and beyond to ensure I had what was needed. Super cute rental. Beautifully furnished and clean. Great place to stay if you have difficulty with stairs or getting in and out of a standard bathtub. Kind and considerate neighbors. Quiet and peaceful area, which was a pleasant surprise given the location. 10 stars. A”

“Property and experience was great in every way!”

“Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. ”

“This property was wonderful. The check in was easy, very clean, well stocked, easy parking, quiet neighborhood and great communication. The view was spectacular. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit. A big thank you to our host.”
