Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. "The hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing! Don’t even try to use a spa or a gym because the smell of bleach basically will kill you. And unless your room is facing the lake you will have no view whatsoever."

"Room was clean and ready (but small as advertised) and the location is great for strolling into iconic old town. Arrived during an unusual heat wave and the AC in the rooms are capped at 74 degrees which is hard to be upset about but with a baby wanted more ability to cool the room down a bit more. Left overall satisfied but the little things like having to fill up our water bottles or alert the front dest staff upon each entering and exiting from the property (especially when they were busy checking in guests) made it feel more of a 'utility stay' than a resort."

"Very clean hotel, excellent appointments. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spa-like. There was plenty of room to store belongings. Hotel was very secure and close to stores. The only negative I experienced was the bed-side lamps were not working and I reported it to the front desk. It did not negatively impact my stay."
