"The property just like any resort has lots of things to do and lots of entertainment, however, the property is outdated. The 2 elevators take forever to arrive (be prepared to wait 5-10 min at a time to get on the elevator). Taking the stairs down is always faster. The pools and hot tubs have cloudy water with lots of chlorine. Spending any time in the pool is tough due to the strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are also outdated. Have a super loud HVAC that will not let you sleep at night. The bathroom ceiling tiles rise when the AC unit kicks on, then slam down when the unit turns off. The sliding door to the balcony is hard to open and close due to the rollers not working. Same issue with the closet door. The bathroom has a gym shower and a toilet that barely flushes. Other amenities on the property are also out of date or are old and dirty. Hammocks are torn, day beds have stained pillows and mattresses, lots of trash around from previous guests. "

"The room was average - but did have a beautiful view and fun activities for the kids and family. "

"Breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only downside was some crazy infestation if flies by the pool area."

"Floor was dirty. Room smelled. Water damage on doors. Had to ask for hangers. On the plus side No bugs and breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was friendly "

"Hotel is under Renovation and inwant to leave a 5 Star for the crews who did the job , awesome work . The hotel is brand new and enjoyable to stay , i loved it. "

"The hotel was very nice, clean and convenient to the nightlife of St. Petersburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was the whining and howling dog that was apparently left unattended for hours and hours."

"Clean room, but a bit outdated. Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Plenty of Parking. If you like airplane, hotel is right next to the airport. "
