Best place I've ever stayed, they treat you like family. The $30 breakfast buffet is totally worth it. They had menudo, tamales, carnitas, egg omelett, oysters, ceviche, chocolate aguelita, coffee, a person passing around preparing alcoholic drinks, desserts and so much more! I don’t think anyone in the states can top then in their service or food. The restaurant wasn't located on the k tower, it was on the first floor to the side in main lobby.

They did not let my family check in and routed us to the regular La cerna property and checked us in to an inexpensive room for the same cost of the k tower.

I booked a premium concierge room but there was no concierge or concierge level and all the rooms in the facility are premium the person that checked me in sent me to a room that was occupied and when they finally gave me my room there was no apology no perks nothing this place is a real rip off

It is my opinion that there is no finer hotel to stay in while in Tijuana than the Lucerne Hotel. My lady and I have stayed there twice, both times in the K Tower and we have had exceptional experiences both times. From the cordial staff to the first class rooms, you cannot go wrong staying at the Lucerne.

I didn't like that you can hear everything from the bar i was one floor lower you can hear everything i checked out the following day 1 day before my check out when i completed the front desk lady told me sorry we have a bar upstairs we can't do anything about it so i just left with losing a night i paid for.
