"Staff were very helpful and friendly, pool was on the small size with a section roped off for swimming lessons but clean. Room was very large however the sofa which doubles as a bed was disgusting with crumbs and Lego inside. The walls also had multiple dirty marks on. There wasn’t a good selection of toiletries which for a spa hotel was disappointing. Breakfast was good with a nice selection on offer. I would stay again"

"Stay was great. Very close to port for cruise. Only one issue, but it was not with the hotel. Concierge scheduled us a taxi for travel to port, literally 6 blocks away. Taxi charged us $20. It was 2 people & 2 medium suitcases, and 2 backpacks that we kept with us. Definitely would recommend using Uber."

There was no bar fridge which was a downside for me. I like having cold water and drinks. The TV was not working and they fixed it quickly. Overall it's a good hotel, I would book it again."

The room, although a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. For a change, the cooked buffet food was served hot on warmed plates.
