We recently visited from Las Vegas, this place was very comfy! Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, SHOWER WAS WARM AND STAYED WARM (big plus!). Check-in was very fast. We always felt very safe!

Staff is friendly and courteous, hotel installations are clean and well maintained but it is clearly dated . Mattress felt pretty thin and the towels were clean but again need to be replaced. Room service was great and so is the breakfast. It is a solid choice if you have business to tend to in the area, but hotel is in the middle of an industrial area so no walking to explore or getting food outside the hotel unless you take a taxi. There are things nearby just not walking distance. Highlights: Staff and food. Downside: Dated, industrial location.

Great location, safe parking, clean
Very close to everything, located in a nice area and very accesible, closed garage parking and we felt safe. Clean rooms, look exactly like pictures, & they followed all covid protocols.The only thing would be the small bathroom/shower area had curtains that were not large enough to keep the water inside the shower area.

Didn’t feel safe
When we arrived the front desk agent was nice/ Helpful. The room was ok, minor cleanliness issues but nothing to make a fuss over. The next morning left a note for the cleaning attendant if she can please change the sheets on both beds and left her a of 50 pesos. When I returned to the room the sheets were changed but the rest of the room seemed as it was cleaned half ways. There was debris on the carpet, the living area trash was still in the container and it just wasn’t cleaned good. This was the last night staying there so I left it alone. Around midnight we get a knock on our door and they said “Room Service”, we were already asleep, and for them to say room service in English seemed sketchy, we said through the door that we didn’t order room service and to leave. That made my night very uneasy. I basically stayed up the rest of the night. How did they know that we spoke English in that room, makes me believe that maybe it was a set up from one of the employees. I didn’t feel safe anymore.

Worth the stay
It was a nice basic hotel and with a basic buffet breakfast. room service was average nothing bad nothing great. needs were really comfortable though.

Nightmare hotel
A local told me the area this hotel is in is called "The Beast". There is nothing in the area to walk to. The shuttle was only for companies that paid for it for their employees. They would not even take me to a local restaurant. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows don't open. The wifi went down and they couldn't even check me out and I have not received the promised emailed receipt. The light on the room desk broke so I could not work and had to change hotels. The food in the restaurant was bad. I cannot recommend this property.

Was OK, not exceptional...
The room was nice, my only issue, which is a big issue for me was the shower head had many of the water flow holes blocked, the water shot out everywhere but on me, just a small spray. I asked for it to be changed or repaired but it was not. The closet had not one hanger, I had to leave my shirts and suits laying on the bottom, I asked for hangers at the same time I asked for the shower to be fixed, I received the hangers same day. The food in the restaurant was acceptable most days.

Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms.
We stayed here three nights because the location was mid-way between the places we need to be near. Not much to do in the immediate area its just traffic and industrial stuff. The staff were very nice to us and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant was excellent with very nice staff. The dinner service had different staff and the food was disappointing and the service was not very good. There is a washer and dryer available. Wifi in the rooms was weak but good enough for email.

Good Hotel, very efficient personnel
We had a very good time at this Holiday Inn hotel. The services are well organized. The restaurant serves very tasty Mexican food.

It was not pleasant. The elevators to the parking lot were not functioning, the rooms were not noise-insulated, you could hear people talking from other rooms as well as the TV. The neighborhood was scary. There's a lot to improve.

All 3 pieces of exercise eq was in need of repair. Not so great an idea to run in the neinorhood either. No bed bugs found and bed was clean and shower was the best feature. Had a stove and microwave but no refrigerator. No big complaints but could have been $10 cheaper

Where to Stay in Perinorte
The usual excellent service, great facilities of Holiday Inn, coupled with a free breakfast that rivals the buffets at tourist luxury hotels. All at a rate not much different from any other nearby hotel. This is my choice whenever I am near the Perinorte area of Mexico City.

Perinorte Outlet mall trip
We really enjoyed the El Volcanes Restaurant! The front desk was very helpful it getting my Priority Club number when I didn't have my card with me.

The Holiday Inn Perinorte Mexico City-Affortable
Located in an industrial area, food and personnel attention very good. Rooms are comfortable, some night noices-not frequent.

Used the gym , some machines were broken, also having a fan inside GYM room would help.A\C was not working in the room. Those rooms need VENTILATION maybe BEING able to open the window JUST 4 inches my help. service at your restaurant was not a very good ( NIGHT SHIFT) . However food and staff on your Sunday morning buffet was great!!

The location of the Hotel on the map is wrong. They are located almost an hour (in traffic) away right in front of Mexicos biggest Cement plant. There were plenty of bell boys, but they made no effort in helping with our luggage. They did lend us their dooly though. The asigned rooms had no electricty. They changed us to other rooms, but they were smoking rooms. One of them was occupied. The third room was fine, but the key stopped working requiering a 5th trip to reception. The AC has no temperarure setting and only blows warm air. The room was nice but overly perfumed. Restaurant service poor, food ok, but not cheap.

Pésimo ni asearon la habitación salimos a las 10 de la mañana regresamos a las 8 de la noche xq teníamos 1 día más reservado lo comentamos a recepción limitándose la señorita a decir no tenemos personal para asear la habitación comentándole que se había pagado por un servicio teniendo la obligación de brindarlo al 100 ni tendieron cama asearon el baño y nos dejaron toda la basura no es posible que a cobren y no den la atención adecuada muy decepcionante
