Really enjoyed the stay, practically inside the airport so boarding the next day was as easy as leaving the room. Really clean facilities, friendly staff who were quick and efficient when taking our booking.
Daiichi has a perfect location in the heart of Ginza with its great shopping opportunities. There are plenty of great restaurants close by as well as a variety of tube connections . The famous fish market is in walking distance as well as a couple of nice parks. If u love electronics the Big Camera ...
Partially due to not-so-new hotel, saw some wears and in addition the lack of detail attention of cleaning. Maybe since I stayed a newly opened APA Hotel the day before, my expectation was high. Still it's functional and located in a very convenient and quiet place to be able to access ...
My 14 year old daughter and I had a remarkable experience in Tokyo and the Capitol hotel made this possible as its location, staff, amenities and options are world class - I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to experience Japan, including visiting the fish market, Ginza, Akiba, ...
Excellent Hotel, the room is really clean and very equipped. The service is really good, the price is worthy. Located right next to the Tokyo Tower, I enjoyed my stay.
First trip to Japan. Found this hotel on Expedia. Our stay at Keio Plaza was a wonderful experience, including the room, the staff, the location, and the amenities. Although not inexpensive, very fairly priced for what we got. Thank you Expedia.
Beautiful hotel, starts on the 24th floor of the Shiodome Tower. 5 min walk to Ginza, close train station, lots of awesome restaurants nearby, 10min walk to the fish market, highly recommend.
Larger rooms than most hotels in Tokyo. Very friendly concierge and efficient check in. Jazz played in the bar during the evenings we were there. Made my short stay in Tokyo even better.
Our room was in the main tower. One word to comment is "Small", no space to open my baggage. But location is very convenient, JR is just 10 mins walk. It's good for a short trip. We chose this hotel because we needed to take the bullet train to Osaka in Shinagawa Station which is more convenient ...
The hotel is within walking distance to Shimbashi and Shiodome Stations. Also a 10-15 minute walk to the shops in Ginza. Hotel staff is very attentive, courteous and speak English very well. Only complaint is that the bed and pillows are a little too firm.
Could not fault this hotel. Wonderful staff, excellent facilities. Restaurants were impeccable, as were the signature cocktails! Only downside is that it was very expensive, but that seems to be in keeping with the city.
