Generously furnished guesthouse (50 m2 of living space) with bedroom (Queensize-bed), living room with open kitchen, modern bathroom und spacious deck (30 m2). AC and fans. TV screen and a wide selection of movies. Private parking in front of the house. Beautiful sea view. 3 gorgeous beaches are within easy walking distance one of which is Playa Morrillo, a surfer's paradiese and the highlight for every passionate surfer. Relax in our pool or enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a starry sky from your deck.

El nido del tucán is a licensed business and is registered with the ATP.

Our property is solar powered. Thanks to the many hours of beautiful sunshine a day (even in the rainy season we usually have gorgeous, sunny mornings), we also feed our solar power back to the grid and only use the grid as a backup to make sure you can enjoy all the amenities for a relaxed stay at all time.

Panama has only started to learn about recycling in the last couple of years. To make our contribution to a hopefully cleaner Panama we strictly separate the trash and recycle plastics, metal, glass and tetra paks. We also support the local private group who started the recycling project for our district.

Beautiful Getaway

This property is located on the western coast of the Azuero Peninsula. The rental is a well constructed one-bedroom guesthouse adjacent to the owners main residence. The guesthouse has all the necessary modern conveniences for a pleasant stay. The hosts Gisela and Guido Jud were terrific hosts and provided everything that we need for a wonderful stay. The property is located above the beautiful coastline overlooking the Morillio Beach area. A short five minute hike through the jungle opens up into a virtual private beach that is exceptionally clean. The roads leading to the property and to the public beaches are somewhat rugged so make sure your vehicle is in good shape. If you are looking for a secluded beach setting, then this is a excellent choice.

Fantastic property

The accommodations were immaculate, well stocked, and extremely comfortable. The view was amazing with a short hike to a huge, virtually private beach. The pool was also a great feature. Guido and Gisela were amazing and helpful in making sure our stay was excellent. There was a hike through the jungle to a hostel with great food and surfing both for beginners and experienced surfers. There was also a nice hike to a waterfall in the next town. We highly recommend this property.
