“At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night.”

“Room was clean enough. But it’s very hot in the rooms, and AC is extremely loud and it does not cool down the air. It just blows air with the sound of space shuttle. It’s also very loud because of the highway.”

“I'm got fed up with the continued stay after the first night. In the morning, I checked out and rechecked in. Front desk asked if I want they can send housekeeping to clean the room and I said yes. Upon returning in late afternoon, saw trash in the bathroom not taken away, soiled towel on the floor and showerhead water flow still weak. Beds made. At night, it became noisy. What's more, I need to use a glass to transfer water from bathroom and walk past the tv in order to boil water and……

“It's in a very good location and the staff were very friendly. Some of the guests in the front building didn't respect the bo smoking signs. We learned about the deluxe rooms in the back building on this trip. Overall, it was good and we would like to return.”

“The hotel was spotless, charming decor and probably one of the quietest hotels I have stayed . The forest room is very small no closets but bed was comfy and bathroom amazing . Not much in the area for restaurants etc but if you need a place to stay and use your car really easy! Parking was as they said it would be .”

“The hotel property itself is very nice. Staff is helpful and amenities nice. However, the room left something to be desired. The bed was uncomfortable leaving us with awful neck and shoulder pain for our vacation. The shower design required you to get into the shower to turn it on (getting wet) when youre turning on to warm up water or set it up for your children. The pool was nice but small. And the location is great for proximity to the airport, but realize if you wish to go into the city its……

“The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 . Visible hair on……
