"The room was spotless when I arrived. It was clean and quiet. Housekeeping was available every day. The front desk was super helpful, and they brought me 2 extra blankets when I needed them. Breakfast was delicious. There were several gluten-free options, a selection of fruits, bacon, sausage, eggs, breads, yogurt. The hotel is downtown, which was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The TTC was half a block away, so transportation was convenient. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for such a pleasant stay."
