"Sadly our room thermometer didnt work until the morning we were checking out so we had a cold room from check in onwards and then it blasted heat as we were exiting the next morning. "
"Rooms could use some cosmetic updates but were clean. Bar had good food and waiter and waitresses were very good.

"The AC wasn’t working properly and no fan was available so we were moved to a slightly cooler room. We were made aware that the 13th of April was the first day of the season , to connect the AC.
The staff were the absolute friendliest, professional and made our Toronto visit so enjoyable!"
"Everything was just about perfect! The only thing I wish were more available, was more toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed for two nights, and had to resort to using Kleenex tissues the second evening and night. Also, the plug in the bathtub unfortunately did not work."
