Since Toronto is located in southern Canada, it is warmer than many other Canadian cities. Tickets to Toronto are most popular during the high season months of June to August when the weather is at its best, and there are plenty of festivals going on throughout the summer. Shoulder season is from February to May and September to mid-November, and low season is from late November to January. Spring and fall are pleasantly cool, and it often snows during the winter. If you are looking to save money, then make sure to book your tickets during low season. Another way to save money is to book your flights on weekdays instead of weekends. If you can be flexible with your arrival and departure dates, then play with your dates on Expedia and see which combination results in the lowest prices. Also, consider flying to one of Toronto's smaller airports instead of Pearson or getting a flight with a layover instead of a direct flight.

The lines were very long, but that was to be expected for Spring Break. We also were not given the customs form needed at the Canadian customs counters to enter. Every other passenger seemed to be given the forms.
Sparse service and food even in business class.
Staff not too helpful at Miami Intern.
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It made a 13 hour trip with 2 kids so much easier than I expected
Handicap assistance almost made us miss connecting flight. If I had not taken the wheelchair and ran with it, we would have missed.
The first time asked for coffee in a flight and was told they only had instant. Really?? They can do better.
Seats spacing and seats were ridiculously small
