"I have no concerns with the hotel. I did have one blip with Valet parking. I waited an extra 15 minutes because I didn’t see that my car was parked away from the window so missed seeing it. Could someone not have let me know after a few minutes that my car was there."

"The hotel is very nice. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and the staff in every part of the hotel was excellent. A special shout out to Cameron the concierge who was outstanding. Breakfast was very good and the coffee delish. The rooms was very big and the bed was comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again."

"I spent a long mom/daughter weekend in Toronto with my 10 year old and we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. From the front desk greeting and up to our departure, we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The service in the restaurant (for breakfast) was easy and quick. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal given that it was walking distance to shows, near restaurants, and in the heart of downtown. We only took an Uber once - to the CN Tower. As a frequent traveler, I'd highly recommend this DoubleTree location in Toronto to friends and family."
