The hotel fit all our needs and rooms were very quiet. It was pet friendly with parks nearby. Central location provided easy subway access and shopping nearby. Friendly staff were very much appreciated.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The motel was close to an outdoor strip mall with food and shopping facilites. As well there was an A&W across the street who offered an excellent price breakfast. The only disturbing iem was a noisy neighbour on Friday night, otherwise very good. Our room was ...
Sure appreciated the fact we could bring our little dog. The entire facility was very clean. Room was great, only thing missing....coat racks, hooks for hanging clothes. The hangers are nice, but hooks for quick clean up would of been nice.
found hotel that was pet friendly and close enough to the Hockey Hall of Fame in downtown Toronto. Only stayed 24 hours, but no one, including our dog, wanted to leave. Not just pet friendly, they had a water bowl and a very, very comfy bed for him. Easy access and only 15 minutes to downtown via ...
Lovely hotel, full kitchen, dog friendly with fees, spacious, comfortable bed. Breakfast, parking, Internet included. Great Value.Housekeeping and staff were an issue. I had overflowing garbages, needed toilet paper, ( 1/2 roll was all the room had)After 3 calls throughout the day, ( 8:30, 12 noon, ...
We got the king bedroom suite this time. Clean, well furnished and comfortable as expected. Moxie's downstairs is also one of our favourite restaurants to dine in.
Good for the price. Doesn't look too appealing from the outside. The hotel is outdated, but our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and welcomed us and our dog with a smile. Close to the airport and a few restaurants. The restaurant on-site is closed. We would recommend this ...
I was surprised to find out the hotel was pet friendly and I brought my 2 little Bishon dogs to stay and they were very comfortable. The room was big and clean, the bed was a dream and the gym is by far the best hotel gym I have ever seen. Thanks to all the staff for an awesome stay!
We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at the hotel when our water main froze, leaving us with no running water. We took that as an excuse to have a nice little staycation and booked our room the day we decided to go. We chose this place as it allowed pets and was affordable.Upon arriving I was told about ...
Hotel is accessible to the downtown airport by free shuttle and located in the city centre. We had a cat for one night, the hotel is pet friendly and charged $25 extra which was fine. Staff very friendly and the rooms comfortable.
Experience was nice, and a number of restaurants and bars in walking distance and close by. Taxis usually at hotel when need one, or the train station is close by. I think the breakfast should have more variety as it is usually scrambled eggs, egg white, fried potatoes, sausage links or hot dogs ...
The first room was had a bit of smoking smell, and the bathroom smelled like it had been wiped down with an old dirty and damp towel...but we explained to the front desk the very next morning and she changed our room right away. The second room was nicer. One thing I like about this hotel is that ...
Needed a hotel at a reasonable price that was close to Toronto with a good rating. Found this location via the Secret Hotels and was quite pleased. My only complaint was that the per-stay cost for my dog was $35 although expedia advertised at $25. The hotel management did reduce the price by ...
We appreciated the politeness and friendly manner of the staff. Our daughter arranged the stay for us since we needed a hotel that accepted pets and we were picking up our puppy and didn't realize that the hotel we were staying at didn't accept pets. Everyone was lovely and treated ourselves and ...
Site indicates that rooms were recently renovated. It was not the case for our room, perhaps because it was a room reserved for pet owners. Kitchen area appeared smaller than the plan shown for our room type. The rest of the facility was agreeable and well located to access York University.
Easy to get to from Terminal 1 without having to go outside.
I have stayed here on several ocassions and my stay this time confirmed my high opinion of the hotel. The staff and food were great. Received a low cost upgrade to a suite and breakfast was included. We were happy to be on the courtyard and off bloor. Great location close to shops and subway.
Comfortable rooms, good food, lovely Zen garden and great if you have a dog with you
