Clean, close to good restaurants and city square. Danielle was OUTSTANDING! Went extra mile in help with taxis etc. No lift...steps.

Good location
The Hôtel Arnaud Bernard was a good place to stay for a night to be close to the central spot in Toulouse, but the room (and especially bathroom) is a bit tight for a longer stay. For the money, we were happy with our accommodation! The wifi was also extremely slow in the evening, but was much faster in the morning hours.

The hotel is close to the city centre - maybe 5-7 mins walk. Lots of restaurants and a pharmaxy nearby. The guys at the reception are very friendly and nice. Speak very good English. The room was a bit dark as looked into the internal "well" or "garden". But the room was very warm. Bring your shampoo with you as they don't have any. To sum it up, very good condition for the price.

BANG IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY, CAN WALK EVERYWHER
My son is at university in Toulouse for one year and I asked him to find me a good value hotel near to his apartment. This hotel was his choice. Less than 5 minutes to the bus stop for the airport and walking distance to all the sites in Toulouse. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is typically French with quirky furniture. My room (19) was a good size with a modern shower room with endless piping hot water. The bed was comfortable and made with crisp cotton sheets. The room was dark as faced into an internal courtyard but rooms are for sleeping in and I was out and about during the day. Friday and Saturday nights the square outside the front of the hotel is very noisy but they do have quadruple glazing on those rooms. Would I stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family? Definitely yes!

A lively French town at your doorstep
I arrived at hotel Bernard Arnaud somewhat exhausted from my long flight. The gentleman at the desk(hotel owner) carried my large bag up 2 flights of stairs for me. He was able to give me excellent instructions in English and provided me with the wi-fi number and a map of the town. He was able to answer any questions that I had. The room was very simple and clean, with a stunning picture of the local cathedral. Arnaud Bernaud is located in a lively area which is very French and not filled with loads of foreign tourist. Don't go there if you are expecting a luxury American hotel. I would suggest it for the alternative traveler or students.

Convenient for city centre
We had an excellent welcome and the owners were also very helpful when I rang to ask about the car parking before our arrival. There is secure underground parking opposite the hotel which was very convenient. The area was a bit rough and I would not be happy walking through it as a single woman at night coming from the ring road direction, but in saying that, there is a great, lively couple of bars right opposite the hotel so it was easy to go out and have a few beers. Room was very small and dark but clean, warm and plenty of hot water.

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel simple mais propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner bon à petit prix. Le parking sous-terrain à proximité est un peu cher (env 16€ la nuit) Proximité du centre.

Proche du métro, de l'aéroport et du centre ville
L'accueil est souriant, attentif et sympathique. La literie est un peu molle, je préfère les sommiers fermes. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. La propreté est parfaite. La place des Tiercerettes est entourée de bars et restaurants, les fenêtres sont fermées par un double jeu de double vitrage, l'isolation contre le bruite est assurée. Le restaurant au pied de l'hôtel offre une cuisine familiale de qualité et l'accueil y est professionnel.

Séjour très agréable, hôtel avec un charme d'antan, la chambre est propre et bien insonorisée. Accueil chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est correcte. Très bien situé pour la visite à pied de Toulouse. Seul souci pour le stationnement il y a bien un parking payant à proximité, mais cela relève le prix des nuitées.

Veldig hyggelig personale, men rommene var svært små og enkle! Dårlig ventilasjon og mye fukt på rommene. Dusjen var svært liten og varmtvannet kom som to stusselige stråler. Frokosten besto av syltetøy, kaffe og croissants. I midlertidig veldig sentralt plassert med gåavstand til sentrum (ca 4min).

Отель старый, напоминает декорации из фильмов про белую иммиграцию. Однако в санузле сделан ремонт, все чисто и аккуратно. Из минусов - в отеле холодно. (Я был в апреле) И вода еле-теплая. Хозяйка подаёт настоящие французские завтраки, на мой вкус - жрать нечего, но выглядит это опять же, как в фильмах.

Gemütliches Hotel für Städtetrip
Ein tolles rustikales Hotel in guter Lage, man ist in 10 Fußminuten im Stadtzentrum, toll! Gut gefallen hat uns auch die familiäre Atmosphäre. Wer es ruhig möchte, sollte hier nicht buchen, vor der Tür finden sich direkt ein Spanier und eine Bar, wo bis auf sonntags immer was los zu sein scheint. Wir fanden das klasse, weil man schnell auf einen Absacker unten ist. Die Fenster des Hotels sind auch sehr gut isoliert, man muss dann eben mit geschlossenem Fenster einschlafen. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt!
