A little disappointed.
Water wasn't Hot, just a little more than warm. Refrigerator - freezer side door holders still fly off and everything hits the floor. Brought it up last year, nothing was fixed. Washer and dryer look identical, would be nice if they were labeled. And the tree on the right side of the driveway should be cut and removed. It cost me $2,000 for a new mirror. TV's should at least have local channels.

Hi Steve!! Thank you for the feedback and the five stars! I sent you a message to find out more about the fridge/freezer issue and haven’t heard back yet. My onsite team couldn’t find an issue with the fridge, but would love to get this addressed, just need some more info. We will happily adjust water heater so it will be hotter for the next guest, no problem. Sending over a landscaper the week after next to take a look at that tree. Thank you again! 🙂

Wonderful Rental
We rented as a place to snowmobile from. There is plenty of space for parking with trailers and trucks. The location has very easy access to the trails. The house is clean and spacious. The owner gave excellent instruction and made it easy to find. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Nice Winter Stay in Tower MN
My family and I stayed here in order to go skiing at Giants Ridge. The house was roomy and clean, accommodating all our family's needs. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straight forward. We have stayed at other rental properties where the check-out process was laborious and involved, making one wonder why you pay cleaning fees. Not in this case, reasonable, simple and straight forward. We would stay here again.

Wonderful & relaxing break
We wanted to find an area where we had a shot of seeing the northern lights & a moose. It was plenty dark out at night unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us for seeing the stars at night. However, we found many trails to hike on and saw a lot of wild life. The dogs enjoyed their stay also. As for the rental it was prefect for our family. We each got our own room. Plenty of space to relax. The house was completely equipment with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Our only issue - if you call it that was the outdoor fire pit was a little small.

Great Property
This was perfect for our family Christmas weekend. We had 12 total between adults, school age kids, and toddlers. We had plenty of room to hang out, play games, watch movies. Nice area for adults to hang out and the kids had space of their own as well.

Cute place to stay while exploring Tower/Ely!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. There were 4 adults, 3 teens, and our German Shorthair & Petite Goldendoodle pups - and there was ample room for each of us. Everyone was able to have their own bed which was great - I will say the bunk beds in the one room make for low clearance from the top bunk to the ceiling but it is still doable! It was great to have two kings, so that each couple could have their own king bed. We spent most of our time outdoors and lucked out with the weather being pretty nice for late October... we hiked Lake Vermilion Soudan Mine State Park, Bear Head Lake State Park, and the Kawishiwi Falls trail. The dogs LOVED all the hiking we did :) We also visited both the North American Bear Center & International Wolf Center in Ely. There is a nice deck and grill out back on the property but we didn't have a chance to use it as we were gone so much, but I can imagine that would be lovely especially in the summer! Kitchen is very well stocked, we made breakfast each morning and made lunches to take with us on our hikes, as well as tacos one night and soup the other night and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prep/make everything we did. Great to have the dog bowls too! We wrapped up our last night enjoying the BAMBOOZLER 24" pizza at the Vermilion Club, but you can't go wrong with pretty much anything on their menu! Overall a great place to stay while exploring the area - it's a huge bonus that you can bring your furry family members too! 🐾❤️🐾

Side x Side trip to Northern MN
We had a great stay here. Plenty of room to park our trailers. Great having a bathroom for each couple (3). Home is comfortable and very easy access to the ATV trails. Alicia is very accomodating, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, beautiful view from private deck. Garage parking is very nice as we did encounter rain. Loved the coffee bar!!! Would recommend.

Cyclepaths Ride
Eighteen of our cycling group made the trip to Ely for the organized ride sponsored by Friends of the Mesabi. We loved that we could store our bikes in the garage, were close to town, had enough parking spaces for our cars, and were close to the Tower trail and had enough kitchen seating for 10.

Comfy beds!
We stayed here for a family girls weekend. The beds were super comfortable! It was really nice if there was an en suite for a couple of older members of our group. There’s a lot of room to spread out, dine, play games, etc. Very convenient location in Tower, close to Ely, and lots of visitor attractions in the area. We would stay again!

Golf getaway
We stayed at Reggie's Retreat for a golf tournament nearby. It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room. The owner was prompt with responses and helped accommodate a major change in our schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Loved Reggie’s Retreat!
We had a family getaway for a few days - 5 adults and 6 kids. Reggie’s retreat was the perfect getaway and accommodated our large group comfortably. We also had dogs with us and the setup for everything worked great. We will definitely come again!

Sibling reunion
We had a great time connecting with siblings and three cousins who live in the area. We were happy to learn that there was an airbnb in Tower. We have fond memories of visiting our aunt, uncle, and cousins when we were children way back when. Your place was perfect for having four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a table large enough for all of us. The beds were comfy. The lighting was good. There were plenty of plates, silverware, etc. Thank you for providing a great place to stay!

BWCA RECOVERY
This was the perfect place to land after a 5 day boundary waters trip!! 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths were a delight. It has a great outside deck to lounge on under the trees while grilling supper. The beds were extremely comfortable and all showers had great water pressure. The kitchen was wonderful with all the possible tools you would need to grill and cook. The furniture made for comfy hanging out and playing games, doing your nails in readiness for those going to the Taylor Swift concert. The owner was extremely quick in responding to any questions or comments. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Rented this property so we could easily access the Mesabi trail for biking. Fished on Lake Vermillion with little success so no fish fry. Kitchen well equip with cooking and baking utensils and pans so able to cook a variety of meals. Plenty of space for group of 7 adults to sit and enjoy meals together.

Perfect!
Perfect, we needed somewhere with King size bed options, a kitchen and washer dryer for our visit with family in Tower. This home was much more than I needed but was so convenient to main street and family I just went with it. Seeing deer in the yard the first night and then getting a glimpse of a bear from back deck while just checking everything out was a treat. Super clean and had plenty of coffee and kitchen items and even box fans which was great. Thanks to Alicia for her quick responses to any questions.

Great getaway space!
What a beautiful and comfortable home for a winter getaway! A perfect location for short trips to nearby attractions in beautiful Northern Minnesota. Large comfortable beds and flatscreen televisions in every room. A perfect spot for a family getaway or reunion. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for preparing meals, or you could chose a short drive to local eateries. We would not hesitate to stay again!

This is a large, beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Very dog friendly. Our family and dogs loved it! Very spacious. Tons of parking outside plus the garage. The coffee bar was a big hit. Lots of games to play downstairs if you don't feel like going out. Dozens of deer across the road and in the woods next to the house. Reserve this house for your next north woods adventure!

We loved staying at this property. The host was very responsive and accommodating in our plans changing due to a storm. The home was stocked with everything you could imagine. It was clean, and a short drive to the ski resort. Our family will most definitely be back!

A wonderful, comfortable and well-stocked home.
Every room was individually heated, and the cupboards and drawers were very well stocked!! . Even had baby spoons which we forgot and a nice highchair for our nine month old grandson. The beds were super comfortable and I believe they were memory foam. I just loved everything about it. My daughter-in-law, who has been to many VRBO said she really loved it as well. The home had a heated garage, but we certainly enjoyed the snow and the surrounding area. It was a 25 minute drive through a beautiful area to get to Giants Ridge ski area. The ski areas phenomenal by the way and state of the art. We’ve been to many out west and Giants ridge provides a great value, plus a lot of variety and difficulty as well. The park was awesome for my son who loves snowboarding, and his dad! and I definitely recommend Reggies retreat, this house to anyone who’s bringing a family.

This property is great, very close to snowmobile trails and downtown Tower. We had 10 adults and 4 dogs and we had plenty of room. The garage is heated and spacious as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter get away
Reggie's Retreat was the perfect location for our family of 4. We had plenty of space to stretch out and watch movies during winter break. The location was ideal offering easy access to skiing at Giants Ridge, snow shoeing at the near by state parks and dining in Ely. The kitchen was well stocked making evening meals a breeze. Would highly recommend!

We rented this home to go ATVing. The home was very beautiful with beautiful, matching furnishings. It was also very well stocked with the essential cooking supplies. The property was also great to just hit the ATV (Prospector Trail) directly from the property. No need to trailer. Alicia, Property Manager, was very responsive and very good to work with. She made sure our stay was comfortable.

Rustic charm
Nice little house with easy access to the lake. A bit more rustic than I’d imagined it but it’s part of the north woods “charm”. Our group of nine had two guys on the sofas - but we had a few singles along. For fishing and snowmobiling it’s a great location - and dog friendly. I dont recommend this property for elderly. Nothing serious but a difficult place for seniors to truly enjoy outside.

Comfortable home near to many attractions.
Comfortable beds, responsive customer service, near bike trails, well stocked kitchen that made cooking for family easy. We came to this home after spending a weekend on a Lake Vermilion houseboat. We enjoyed the home and the nearby attractions like the bear center, the International Wolf Center and the Dorothy Molter museum in Ely.

Guy's getaway
This cozy place comfortably slept 10 guys with no issues. Plenty of parking space and space for yard games. Less than 5 minutes from the launch on Lake Vermillion and 15 minutes to the Wilderness ended up being the perfect location for our main activities. At night we were a five minute walk to the local bars and restaurants. Would stay here again and recommend to others looking for a get away in a small town.

Stayed here with our adult kids and dogs for our family summer vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice deck with a grill right off the kitchen. TVs in every bedroom and comfortable beds. Big garage to store your gear. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.. We golfed, fished, and rented boats from Your Boat Club just down the street. We rented canoes and hiked several trails in Ely, about 30 minutes away. Bring your bug spray!

Lovely gem at Lake Vermillion
I loved this house, my kids never wanted to leave. It was very clean, had everything we needed. It is so close to the lake and walkable to town to grab coffee or anything you needed. The rooms all had a TV and we could each watch our own shows when we were winding down at the end of the day. We will likely stay another time!

This house is perfect for families, especially those with dogs! The house was large enough for my 8 family members and 2 dogs, yet small enough for us to spend time together. It is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. We had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our time! Extremely clean property with comfortable beds! Everything you need in the kitchen to cook and so many linens! Close to lots of destination points! So many board games for kiddos and adults too which helped when it rained!

Perfect for a Big Group!
We had 12 guys up for a weekend at the nearby golf courses. This was the perfect place for us! Had plenty of beds, couches, and ample room for an air mattress or two as well. Perfectly located 15 minutes from the Wilderness and 30 minutes from Giants Ridge. Check in and check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Definitely would stay again!
