“Management staff was terrible! I received a message 30 minutes before my reservation was going to be cancelled because my credit card was declined. I had a 5 hour drive and almost missed the message. It was supposed to be pay at the property so they were out of line charging my credit card than threatening to cancel me in 30 minutes. Let’s just say my experience with the staff & accommodations were terrible. Dirty toilet seat, old lumpy pillows, minimal amenities (1 coffee pod), dirty carpet.”

“I would say that you need more than two pillows going forward. Some areas need updating like the bathroom sink. The floors were pretty dirty and looks like they were not cleaned at all. Not bad if you’re looking for a last-minute place to crash.”

“Room is clean, breakfast is ok, reception is helpful. Everything goes well as its price.”

“Our stay was comfortable. Our room had to be changed because it lacked a shade for the window, which allowed sunlight to enter the room in the early hours, waking us up. The breakfast situation was extremely disappointing, charging $15 for each person. With hotel prices having gone up, breakfast should have been included. Most other chains are doing this.”

“No fridge and no hair shampoo , and no hair dryer , need to make the room with the needs prepared, plus the bed so small for two and air is not good inside the room there is no fan or window for the bathroom, price is so expensive for a suck ass motel room never come back to this motel again and parking is not easy ”
