From check in being seamless to our room being spotless (and the cutest gesture of a card signed by all the staff wishing us a happy anniversary!) the spa was great and Camelia gave me the best massage ive ever had. A 3 course meal also enhanced with another lovely gesture for our anniversary. Every staff member we came across were friendly, professional and just delightful. We showed on the banking app thst we had but was adamant we hadnt paid.
