The best part is the great ocean view and proxy to the gorgeous beach. Stay in the new west side section only. The food inclusive is not very good,like 2 star.. the price is reasonable overall.

The food was good and the staff friendly, but they kept running out of things. This is only to expect in Cuba, but its important to be aware of. If you speak Spanish there will be no problems with communication, but their English is basic. The night shows were medicore and the rooms were average.

BEWARE! This property should really be REMOVED from Expedia ASAP!!! The pictures are true! Maybe when they 1st built it in 1986! They had NO JUICE in the inside bar & NO ICE or FOOD at the bar near the pool which closes very early!!! NONE of these exist as stated ELEVATOR, NO in room WIFI, Beach Bar, Childrens Club,Pool Table, Gym, Coffee shop, Arcade room,tennis court, playground. Needless to say we ended up leaving Trinidad due to this hotel the very next day! HORRIBLE!

Food was not good at all, not even the reservation dinners. We could not find people to book excursions during the day. No running water for 3 days. No hot water for the duration of the trip. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. They ran out of wifi cards for the entire resort. Informed the staff of problems in the beginning and none of them were fixed. Highly recommend you choose a different resort.

Basic hotel, does the job
Basic hotel, probably overpriced for what you get but room clean and did the job. Hotel itself is an eye saw. All inclusive deal good however queues for bar food pizza etc took 30-40 mins each time with no system. Food pretty awful. Pool looked nice but loud music playing all day. When it rained the whole of the hotel lobby was flooded about 20cm, it came into the restaurant too and water poured from the ceiling very close to electric wires. The whole place needs a lot of TLC and is probably an accident waiting to happen but it did the job and is right on the beach..!

Sono stato 3 notti . Il servizio la pulizia e il mangoare sono pessimi sotto ogni punto di vista.la struttura vecchia e mal tenuta . Unica cosa positiva il mare spettacolare ma già la spiaggai gestita dall'hotel è tutta rovinata . Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Sopratutto ad aina coppia .

la struttura e grande e spaziosa. le camere sono belle ma sono rumorose, un condizionatore o un sistema di riscaldamento rende impossibile dormire per il continuo rumore di fondo di turbine o altro.

поездка декабрь 2019. Выбирали отель на две ночи по отзывам о питании. в этом плане не прогадали: из 4х отелей (тринидад и варадеро) только там были креветки и кальмары. и как оказалось, вкусные фрукты. только завтраки подкачали, обед и ужин вполне ок. номера чистые и хорошие. сам отель производит впечатление крайне удручающее (из тех же 4х отелей самый невзрачный). территория большая и неухоженная. ресторан темный, неуютный. без чаевых свой омлет можно ждать полчаса, а через полчаса он будет из одного яйца и без топпингов )) но это повсеместная кубинская мулька, перед каждым чихом требовать чаевых. именно не за каждый, а ПЕРЕД каждым. причем чих потом может оказаться очень некачественным, так что надо их от этого отучать, давать чаевые только за хорошо сделанную работу. КОФЕ в ресторане не брать!! только на баре. анимация никакая, хорошо если попадутся веселые жильцы, тогда есть шансы поплясать. море хорошее, не надо идти километр, что оказаться по пояс, в отличии от океана. пляж чистый и красивый, народа мало (точнее периодически никого, т.к. все тусуются на океане. так классно, как робинзон. лежаки хорошие. за 10 кук возят на коралловый риф. будьте внимательны, с ветром до него плыть 7 мин, без ветра - бесконечно. риф на самом деле по большей части мертвый, что не отменяет его неземной красоты. видов рыб не очень много. были также к соседнем Меморис (бывший бризас). там все кардинально наоборот: отель отличный, анимация прекрасная, кормят плохо. в общем, тут кому что.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! FOOD IS CATASTROPHIC, I got food poisoning. Us and others European travelers went to Trinidad to eat. Restaurant where the buffet is is very very dirty. Snacks are pizza Margarita! Staff at the front desk is HORRIBLE! The amount of ruddiness is suprizing! BEACH IS GREAT! Very clean, just amazing. You can take drinks, but only local drinks, imported drinks are available for a surcharge. This is not that bad, but the problem is that they often miss ice. Room is old, but it is at least clean, and the view is great. All and all, DO NOT STAY HERE! The Hotel next to this is way better, but next time I would rather stay in Trinidad.

Die Strandnähe ist gut. Der Rest ist enttäuschend bis unterirdisch. Während die Beschallung am Pool viel zu laut ist, schafft es das demotivierte und zum Teil respektlose Personal, sich richtig unwillkommen zu fühlen - auf das geschmacklose und zum Teil kalte Essen brauche ich nicht weiter einzugehen. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Tatsache, dass nur nach mehrfachem, zum Teil langwierigem Nachfragen jemand von der Hotelleitung zu sprechen war. Nur um sich dann als "not the Manager" herauszustellen. Eine Farce!

Grundsätzlich OK. Dass alle Mahlzeiten nur in einem Restaurant serviert wurden und die ca. 3 weiteren Restaurants geschlossen waren, enttäuschte. Umsomehr als dass die Varietät der Speisen sehr eingeschränkt war. Vollbetrieb sei nur Nov. Bis April. Schönes Schwimmbad, recht gepflegter Strand.

Vi tyckte det var bra rent och snyggt nära till stranden .Ca10-15min till Trinidad centrum med taxi och det fanns alltid taxibilar som väntade. Trevlig personal snabb incheckning .Stor frukost büffe all inclusive.Enda som drog ner betyget lite var att man kunde inte växla pengar oå hotellet så vi åkte in till Trinidad

Sans charme, cet hôtel est en piteux états. Lors de notre séjour il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude! Soit disant 3 restaurants, mais seul le self étaient ouvert. c'est copieux mais pire que la nourriture de cantine bas de gamme. Moins en quantité, et de meilleure qualité serait préférable

Litt slitt hotell på en nydelig strand.
Et noe slitt hotell. Personalet var hyggelige når vi tok kontakt, men ikke veldig innstilt på å gi noe mer en service enn høyst nødvendig. Stranden er relativt liten i forhold til f.eks Varadero men veldig hyggelig og intim etter vår smak. All inclucive er behagelig, men ikke en stor opplevelse. Vi fikk et nydelig rom som viste seg å være en suite. Spør etter rom 336 så blir du fornøyd :) PS. Det er en butikk i kjelleren som selger litt av hvert. Den fant vi dagen da vi reiste!

Many things were closed or sold out!
There were four restaurants and everything was closed except the buffet. Massages were only available untill 4PM. Tonic was finished, icecubes were finished, no sparkling water, sandwiches were sold out, internet cards were sold out, pizza's were very poor and most staff weren't very friendky and so on... we were there for just two days. The room was nice with a nice oceanview and the hotel is perfectly located on the beach and the swimmingpool is clean amd big so for only two nights and some rest it's alright if everything wasn't closed or finished or sold out..

Superbe plage et piscine. Hôtel a moitié vide début février (la saison n'a pas encore commencé ?) et c'est tant mieux ! On se lasse vite du buffet. Situé tout au bout de Playa Ancon (taxi 8 cuc pour Trinidad).

Hôtel des années 50 qui n’a jamais été rénové. Aucun ascenseur ne fonctionne. Les chambres comme la salle d’eau sont à la limite de l’insalubrité. Je ne comprends pas que l’on puisse nous vendre via un site comme hotel.com ce type de prestation.

The worst hotel which i ever been It’s a hotel wth * star maximum, not 3 yet! Our room was at 7 level and elevator had worked all 4 days of our holiday Trash and “animals” were everythere! Food and alchohol were terrible. There aren’t any lamps near the bed, any mirror in room, and veeeeeeery oldstyle aircondition with amazing noize!!! I don’t recommend stay here!!!!

Ufatteligt dårligt sted, faldefærdigt, beskidt og i det hele taget et dårligt sted at opholde sig. Minder mest om et hotel der er på vej til at lukke. Maden er elendig og uhygiejnisk. Værelset beskidt og der er ingen service på nogen måde. Toilettet tilstoppede og der kom ingen for at ordne det efter flere gange at bede om det. Hvis jeg var hotel udbyder ville jeg omgående fjerne det fra mit site. Det er på ingen måde 3 stjernet, man burde fratage dem 2 1/2 stjerne og give dem en 1/2 tilbage, bare for at vise det et blevet vurderet.

Em primeiro lugar, não há sequer uma única informação no próprio site do Expedia indicando o tipo de serviço que o hotel presta, qual seja: "All Inclusive". Essa é uma informação básica não transparecida no momento da contratação. A infraestrutura do hotel é ruim do ponto de vista da cozinha, quartos e área de lazer, exceto a piscina que é muito boa e cuidada. Não ficaria lá novamente, nem de graça!
