Hotel said they canceled without fees, MakeMyTrip tried to charge us anyway — classic “blame the app” move. • Front desk hero: At 10 PM, after many calls, Amrutha at reception was a superstar. She tried everything to help, even phoned higher-ups. We finally rebooked on the……

“I travel widely around the world. I was really impressed by the quality of the service, the efficiency, and professionalism of the staff. The rooms were clean and high quality. The breakfast was excellent.”

“It was a one night stay before a flight. The check in was quick (but 2 forms to fill in!); the room spacious and comfortable with efficient cooling. The lift played Brahms’ lullaby. There is a small swimming pool which I enjoyed a couple of times, which seemed seldom used, but a real pleasure. It’s located off some main road and easy to get places. I had my best night’s sleep in 8 days in India and that was most welcome. Breakfast was straightforward and simple. It is in many ways like any other……

“I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy. ”
