Property is converted from an old apartment complex. Property has not been renovated as of March 2023. Lots of repairs needed inside and outside. Popcorn ceiling was peeling and vents/ceiling looked dirty in 1st unit, so we asked to be moved to a better unit. 2nd unit was better but water flow in tub was slow, so it pooled up when showering. 2nd unit was cleaner and on the 2nd floor which is required if you want a quiet night sleep.

Large room with kitchenette. Don't stay on the first floor as you can hear people above walking. Unfortunately I had to deal with late night and early morning walking for hours by the upstairs group.

I liked the location- near the mountains I liked the kitchen n that there were 2 bathrooms!! I didn’t like that you can hear everything in the downstairs bedroom when someone was upstairs I didn’t like the mattress on the couch
