The staff was amazing- exceptional service from Axel, Jajir, Roy and Jesus, to the just superb service at the restaurant Cafe Artist- which I’ll be surprised if they don’t receive a Michelin Star soon- simply amazing all the way around- the pools were clean and gorgeous and the views were captivating. “Our suite had a nice view towards the ocean. The staff are very professional. The outdoor pools are great, from the kids pool to the infinity pool and of course the lazy river (our favorite). The beach view from the pool area is expansive. During our visit the hotel wasn't at capacity so easy access to pool chairs. We did not choose the all-inclusive plan at $150 PP/day. The meals are expensive and if you drink very much (we don't) it is probably a good idea. It was easy to spend……

"We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression.
