We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff.

We were directed day of our reservation to stay at the Hilton, perhaps a sister hotel close by. The first room had recently been redone. The sink and bath still had construction dust in them and the sink was COMPLETELY clogged. The tv wasn’t hooked up either. Requested a new room. The room we were given had a BROKEN bed. Tried to go to the pool with my daughter at 8:30 and it was closed for “repairs”None of this was on the website. It was 11:30 by now and I had to be up at 3:30 For my flight. Absolutely hands down worst experience at a hotel.

There was no shuttle service from the airport after 9, website said 10. No free continental breakfast as advertised, but had a waitress that took orders and expected tips. Hotel was undergoing a lot of construction, and I saw a large dead cockroach on the floor in the breezeway. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating, as well as the the shuttle driver who found my id on the ground and returned it to me. The "waitress" and kitchen staff were not pleasant at all and rather rude about accommodating me and my service dog.

Late check in mess
The only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy.

I didnt actually stay at Clarion i was sent to Hilton Gardens across the street. Its a nice hotel but i was put on the 3rd floor that had a lot of remodeling. Otherwise ok considering circumstances around the Covid virus.

If you are looking to stay close to the airport, you can't be any closer. It's clean, it might need some updates but it is really GOOD for the money.

The location was perfect- close to the airport for our early morning flight. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a very, very loud fan noise (not the heater) in our room. It was so loud we were unable to sleep very well.

I like the history of the hotel and the proximity to the airport. It is so convenient. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is my 4th stay here and I will continue to stay here.

for an overnight
We where flying out of Tulsa and stayed there the night before. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly parking rate was less than half what the airport charges. Will definitely stay there again if I’m flying out of Tulsa.

The room was clean. The staff was awesome. We needed help with the business center and the manager and staff went over and above to help us. The breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast. The location is as close as you can get to the airport. Everything was worth more than we paid.

You get what you pay for applies here. Was wondering why it was so inexpensive. Happy with everything but surprised how the room smelled, being a supposedly non-smoking room. Great value though.

I was picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle minutes after calling. The room was clean and odor free. Unfortunately the jet noise from being so close to the airport was loud in the room so poor sleep.

I really like staying here, the price is perfect for catching a plane out early in the morning or if you fly in late and don't want to spend a fortune for just a few hours. Have stayed here 3 times and I'll be back. Recommend the bottom floor.

Property did not have outlets for chargers, luckily there was a power strip that the refrigerator was plugged into that I could use. The tub faucet leaked, dropped all night.

Needs major updating
My room was comfortable but lacking in maintenance. Carpet was worn through, wallpaper coming off the wall in bathroom, the entry door was in sad shape. It looked like it was pulled out of the trash and reused with gaps at the top and bottom. The heater was loud and would not stop running and I had problems with the tv the 1st night but the hotel fixed it for me the next day while I was in a meeting

Pretty raggedy. The shower handle fell off and the staff refused to fix it. The TV system required two remotes with no hint about how to operate it. The price was the only reason for trying this location. I won't be back.
