With our recent 3 million renovation, all rooms have new everything, from the carpets to the wallpaper. The pool area and restaurant space has been refreshed. You are also correct in that the Beverage Machines upstairs are provided by our vendor and they do accept cash or cards. The room was perfect and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! However, I found everything outside the hotel to be very dirty. Pool and hottub area was filthy!!! Dirty socks and towels, beer cans everywhere. Along with elevators smelling like smoke and just overall needing a good clean. Breakfast was cold. Staff was kind though

1. Booking through Expedia, paying in advance, and then trying to check in was a nightmare because of Expedia. The desk clerks tried to be helpful, but Expedia was ridiculously uncooperative. 2. I had called the hotel ahead to reserve an ADA room, which I was promised would happen. When we arrived, someone else was in that room, and there was not one available for us. 3. In the room we were given, there was less than 1 foot of space between the wall and the bed, and the bed was extremely tall. I’m 5’ 3”. So one month post knee replacement, not only did I not get a room that would be helpful for me, I had a bed that was nearly impossible for me to get in and out of. 3. In the breakfast area the next morning, you could tell the back of the chairs are not cleaned. There were fingerprints on all of them, so I’m guessing there are other places in that breakfast areas that are not cleaned well. I doubt we will be back to this location in the future.

We have gone to the front desk no less than 3 times for things missing from our room. This room is a 4 person king suite. We had two towels and one wash cloth. Two tvs and one remote. No bedding or pillows for pull out bed. The lady working is incredibly nice and kind but you can tell she is overwhelmed as she is here by herself and people keep coming down because things are missing from their rooms. Will I be comped for any of this? No. But they made sure to get their $75 charge in case I do something to the room that isn’t properly prepared for my stay.

Parents love the fact that there is a door between the King bedroom and the living area with the pullout sofa. A first for holiday inn to upset me
There was no hot water in our room until the morning we were leaving and we were there 2 nights - the controller didn’t work for our TV and the pillows in our suite were junk HORRIBLE - I’m not used to be unhappy with my stay at a holiday inn but we were very unhappy during this stay

Greetings Paige, as my dear old Granny used to say, "Nothing good ever happens after 10pm." Our refreshing pool is open 8am to 10pm every day for the pleasure of our guests. So happy to read you enjoyed our American Breakfast Buffet. At 9.95 a person, it's a great way to start your day.

Our room was not prepared for us. I had to ask for sheets and a blanket for the fold out sofa. Our reservation specifically said two adults and two kids so they had the information needed to get our room prepared. The toilet in our room didn't flush and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. We were really looking forward to sitting in the hot tub but that was barely working. The temp was far under what you’d expect and the jets weren’t working at all. The fitness center water machine wasn’t working and was constantly beeping throughout my workout so I had to unplug it. And on top of that there was not hot water at 8:30 in the morning.

I was a bit disappointed overall. This location came up on Expedia’s filters for indoor pool and room service. They do not offer room service. The indoor pool had potential but the pool ladder is rickety, the hot tub was no hotter than the pool, they had 2 electric floor fans blowing but sitting directly on the water soaked tile floor which was concerning, and the room smelled a bit like patchouly, not chlorine. The staff member we dealt with to check in, was not particularly friendly. The room itself was not quiet and you could hear hallway noise (and vice versa). The upside, the rooms and linens were clean, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was also decent, and the orange water in the lobby was fantastic.

Loved the room. They treated us wonderful. But was very upset the the pool and hot tub was out of order. And was supposed to get a refund for one of our nights but never received it because we booked through Expedia and not them directly. The only reason why we booked that particular hotel was because they had a hot tub and it didn't even work! Besides that one issue, we loved the Hotel. We celebrated our anniversary.
