“Check in Dylan was amazing. The room had a lingering smoke smell, especially in the mattress, which made it uncomfortable. Housekeeping was banging on my door at 9:00 a.m. to wake me up even though checkout wasn't until noon. I left early that morning, and when I returned, my key cards no longer worked. After making two trips to the front desk, the staff member acted like it was my fault instead of helping resolve the issue until after she had to come up . Overall, it was a disappointing stay,……

“It was alright, we got there late and despite us prepaying online and being able to check in online just fine, the lady at the front desk (didn't get her name) was nice enough but I had to call my mother who paid for the room at 11pm because we had to 'fill out a form' but then it didn't even seem to matter. Once we got up to the room, it was the wrong one, we had been downsized and wasnt told. I came back down and the lady was gone but another woman who was super sweet helped us get our actual……

“New renovation, appliances for the kitchen are new and updated, the laundry room clean and laundry machine are new. Breakfast are very good and multiple choices. Highly recommend.”
