easy to get in & out. Shopping & food almost at the door. The place was very well lite with plenty of lighting . I felt safety from car to building and for the car in that parking lots.

The shower was amazing as always. We booked 2 queen beds but was given 2 double beds but other than that everything was great. Will be back in about 3 months.

Don't judge a book by it's cover.
The area around the hotel is industrial so it doesn't look upscale, and the building is older, but the room was immaculate and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was good and it was a great place to stay.

Room smelled damp. Towels smelled musty. No hairdryer. Very little hot water. Looked like hooks on back of door were torn off. Housekeeping never made up beds or cleaned room.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The only things I didn't like were when I stepped out of my car there was a used condom on the ground, the telephone in the room didn't work, so I had to use my own phone to contact the front desk, the water in the tub constantly ran, and the light cover on the bathroom was coming out. But the location of the room was perfect and quiet. I heard no noise from those around me on my floor and I was able to fall asleep without difficulty. The mattress was very comfortable also. The water in the shower was nice and hot even though it wouldn't fully turn off and constantly ran. There needed to be an ice machine on the 2nd floor for convenience of the customers. The breakfast was good and the variety was nice. Not bad overall.

Dangerous situation!
Rooms were nice and comfortable, remodeled! My beef was that the exit door closest to our room was not opening from the inside to get out in case of an emergency!!! Also the other door closest to our room was not able to enter from outside!! And NO SMOKE DETECTOR in our room. Brought it to the front desks attention , there answer was to put a sign on the door it was broken and nothing about the smoke detector!!!
