Speedy response to bathtub issue

The location is ideal. I do mean ideal!! I love the area. We had an issue with our bathtub. Apparently, people before us rinsed their sandy feet in the shower and clogged the drain. The rental group got us serviced immediately. That was a pleasant surprise!The unit seems a little outdated in that the washer and dryer have exterior rust. I've heard that having anything so close to the saltwater ocean causes rapid deterioration. Other than needing updates, the condo was fine. Good price for the location.

The location and view were great, no issues with parking. We biked and walked everywhere (didn’t get back in the car until we left). My only complaint would be that every time we sat outside on the lanai, all of the neighbors around us were smoking.

Nice getaway!

Nice place and area especially for a couple! Location was as stated and you could walk to most places. Loved the porch with swing! The only thing which nothing can really be done about is the tight parking. In the description there needs to be something giving dimensions of parking area. So glad we didn’t come in my hubby’s truck.

Good location on Tybee Island

While we enjoyed the view from 3rd floor porch, there are steep flights of stairs to get up there, people should know that. No beach chairs provided at a beach condo?? Spacious condo with everything in the kitchen, but NO beach chairs! Also,

It was okay!

Great location and access to the beach. We found the place a little dirty which was disappointing after reading reviews about how clean it was. Overall not terrible just ended up chloroxing everything ourselves and our feet got a little dirty

Close to the beach

This condo was just a short distance the beach. Also within walking distance to restaurants. Some updates could be done with furniture in the condo. Sofa and bed could use a refresh. Tv in the bedroom needs to be hooked up to streaming services available on the living room tv.

Mixed Review

The good: Nice ocean view from outside porch, short walk to pier, shops and restaurants, comfy king size bed (rarity among many with queen size). The bad: it’s had a paint facelift but living room sofa and chair need cleaning as do baseboards. The ugly: bathtub/shower control has clear plastic cover revealing significant amount of black mold underneath. Called management office who was quick to respond and replace/clean cover and reported back that it was “dirt”. You be the judge which was most likely in a shower. Overall, not one for a repeat stay.

Very nice property

The property was in a great location and was very clean. While not gig enough for an entire family, it had plenty of space my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to our next stay there.

Great weekend getaway

Property was ideally located to the beach, pier, downtown area and Savannah. The condo is cute, clean, and well maintained with all the amenities you could need. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect Location!

Great late summer getaway. The condo was as described in the listing. Lots of space, clean, kitchen was fully outfitted. The location was within walking distance to eateries, bars and shops. The beach was across the street. Ocean view a plus. Stairs may be an issue for older folks as unit was on the third floor.
