“This is our third stay at this complex. We absolutely love the location. The stars of the show are of course the dolphins. This year there was also a friendly Great Blue Heron. This condo was perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable, and all appliances and air conditioning worked well. If you want to spend time on the balcony at night, I would suggest bringing a citronella candle. Absolutely love this part of Tybee Island. We will be back.”

“Rooms clean and beds and pillows were comfy. Could not get Local channels on tv?? If owner paying HOA fees, he needs to complain about the tall weeds in grass needing mowed. Quiet surroundings and walking distance to beach if young! Heated Pool- couldn’t use because of parking not available. ”

“The property is everything it shows in the pictures. Everything we needed was included. Only thing I would suggest is a small step stool for little ones needing to wash hands at sink but we managed. We all relaxed and enjoyed our time in Tybee. It’s within walking distance to the restaurants and the pier even for a young child the walk was manageable.”
