My husband and I stayed in Kamandalu's Chalet room. The room was beautiful and well-kept. The cleaning crew was excellent! They cleaned our room in the morning and prepped our room at night (let the mosquito drapes down). They offered the best breakfast buffet we've ever had. They had a large variety and always kept the food fresh. The morning free yoga is a must! Aside from the beautiful scenery, each instructor provided a little peace and magic to our day. I love how the resort offered many relaxation spots, from hanging swings in the spa's quiet area to picture-perfect lounge areas. Keep in mind that this resort is slightly far from Ubud's art center, which is perfect for a relaxing time but not so much for exploring Ubud. They did offer free shuttles throughout the day to the Art Center, which worked perfectly for us. One notable thing we noticed is that many of the resort's guests were repeat guests. This demonstrated the resort's commitment to quality customer service and property care.
