Fabulous!
The photos don’t do the property justice. The location is fabulous. Perfect for the lake and the restaurants. 2nd floor apartment above a restaurant. It’s a bit tricky to get to from the parking especially with roadworks, luggage and shopping. The property manager was really helpful. Would definitely return.

Traumhafter Blick auf den See
Die Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern/6 Betten ist genau das Richtige für Familienurlaub am Bodensee. Sie liegt direkt am Seeufer in Überlingen und ist gut ausgestattet. Auch ein Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich. Vielen Dank dafür. Zum vollständigen Glück fehlt nur eine Spülmaschine.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, aber die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte verbessert werden, ebenso sollte das Bad und die KÜche renoviert werden. Für diesen Preis habe ich mehr erwartet.

WE en famille à la decouverte du Bodensee
Emplacement bien situé en bordure du lac. Accès difficle du fait de travaux ce Week-end là. 3 étages à monter. Appartement très spacieux, literie limite (un des lits était creux). Ménage un peu juste ds la cuisine : lavage du sol de la cuisine fait à notre demande, ainsi que la mise à jour des luminaire. Rapport Qualité/Prix exagéré.

Wir waren eine kleine Reisegruppe mit 5 Personen. Top-Preis für diese große Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Perfekt gelegen an der Uferpromenade, da kann alles unternommen werden ohne Fahrzeug! Gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Sehr früh waren jedoch die umliegenden Vorbereitungen der Restaurants zu hören. Für meine 86 jährige Mutter war der Aufstieg in die 2. Etage etwas schwierig. Alles in allem trotzdem eine gute Wahl. Wegen der dicken Mauern konnte uns die Hitze nichts anhaben.

Schöne und große Ferienwohnung
Uns hat es sehr gut in der Ferienwohnung gefallen. Sie ist direkt an der Seepromenade mit einem schönen Ausblick auf den See. Der Check-In und -Out hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Die Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein und es fehlen Dinge, wie zum Beispiel saubere Schwämme oder Spülmittel.

Sehr sauber und groß. Supertolle zentrale Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: eine Spülmaschine wäre prima und die ein oder andere Steckdose mehr würde nicht schaden. Aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Empfang. Reibungsloser Ablauf.

Unübertroffen Lage an der Seepromenade
Wir haben uns zu sechst in der riesigen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten, morgens wird man schon vom Blick auf den Bodensee begrüßt. In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige vorhanden, bei Fragen oder Reklamationen war das Zeughaus-Team zwei Stockwerke tiefer sehr hilfsbereit. Vermisst haben wir eigentlich nur eine Infomappe, die einige unserer Fragen von vornherein beantwortet hätte.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung am Bodensee
Alles war durchweg positiv. Check in einfach und unkompliziert. Man darf direkt am Haus parken zum be- und entladen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und groß. Die Aussicht sehr schön, man sieht direkt in die Überlinger Bucht. Küche ist sehr groß. Es könnte allerdings etwas mehr Besteck und Gläser geben. Hat uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gestört. Parkplatz ist sehr weit entfernt. Da wir alles mit dem Schiff gemacht haben war das für uns auch kein Problem.

Die Wohnung liegt super, man kann dort aber nicht parken. Der Parkplatz ist 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Küche ist für 6 Personen etwas mager ausgestattet. Wir hatten z.B zu wenig kleine Löffel. Der Kühlschrank ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat kein Gefrierfach. Kaffeefilter, Schwämme , Spüli und Abtrockentücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten vergessen zu fragen wo der Müll in der Küche gebracht werden kann. Es lag auch keine Infomappe da. Sonst war alles super

Schöne Tage
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Überlingen verbracht. 5 Frauen haben den Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung genossen. Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang durch den Koch des im Erdgeschoss leckeren Restaurants , alle waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir schicken ein Dankeschön und liebe Grüße

Die Wohnung befindet sich in absoluter Top-Lage und was diese Wohnung wirklich bemerkenswert macht ist außerdem das schöne Haus. Die Ausstattung ist Standard und funktional. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich.

Alles prima, große Wohnung, ruhig, Gaststätte im Erdgeschoß mit hervorragendem Essen. Toller Blick über den See, Bäcker um die Ecke, nicht weit zum Hafen oder in die Innenstadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder!
