“23 members of my immediate family stayed here from 7/4/25-7/11/25. There were ages from 4 years old - 67 years old and we all had a GREAT time! The house was phenomenal! From the pool, to the dock, lake access and boat rental, to the game room, movie theater seating, THREE refrigerators, well stocked kitchen (crockpots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), super comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, air matresses galore. I could go on and on. The owner was always available for any questions we had...

“This home was in a beautiful location of Lake of the Ozarks, with gorgeous sunsets, and inviting lake views. The amenities were many, and our family especially enjoyed the numerous arcade-style games, the covered dock, the pool and hot tub, the furnished balconies, and the spacious accommodations. The host was very responsive. We would return in the future.”

“The property worked great for our needs, dock access so friends could pick us up on the water and easy to get back into town when needed. ”

“Aside from a misunderstanding housekeeping, it wasn't bad. Three different individuals with the housekeeping department came by and tried to enter the house a day before check out. Two of the three did not speak English, so communication with them was nonexistent. The 3rd individual, insisted that we should have been gone, even though it was a day prior to our scheduled check-out date. Miscommunication between the booking personnel and housekeeping was not good. We spent our last afternoon, into...

“We loved our stay! It was in a great location and just enjoyed the duplex overall. The large bedroom with bunkbeds did get a little warm but the kids adjusted just fine. We all enjoyed the outdoor patio and the kids spent most of their time either on the dock or in the water! ”

“The treehouse was located in a great quiet spot, close to things we wanted to do. There was a couple of minor problems but the host was quick to respond and get someone out there. I dont think maintance ever actually checked around the hot water heater as there was still a puddle around it. When laundry late last night and the only issue was the washer didnt spin all the water out. Would definitely book again! ”

“There were 26 of us in total celebrating our respective mother's 75th and 80th birthdays. There was plenty of space for everyone and privacy allowed for all. The property was conveniently located with plenty of activities for all.”

“This home was the perfect spot for our family of 8 (preteen to grandparent). The hot tub and pool table were huge hits! It’s tucked in the end of a very quiet cove. Susan and her son were both extremely friendly and helpful!”

Wonderful big water view from expansive deck. Hot tub was a great touch. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook for our large group. The homeowner was responsive and helpful with questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was an ideal property for our multi-generational family reunion. The house had a lot of fun amenities for our teens (hot tub, games, etc.). It was a short walk to the neighborhood pool. There are lots of other fun activity options next door at the Margaritaville resort. We went horseback riding, which was a lot of fun. The house was great with a lot of space and sleeping options for our group.”

“This home offers a Great Lake view, awesome outdoor space for entertaining. Plenty of room to cook with two full kitchens. Fits 12 adults comfortably. Home is in great condition and well cared for. Would stay again”
