When we arrived at the hotel the check in process was slow and there was a problem with my reservation because they only had one room under my name but I booked two. Definitely rooms were not ready because we had to wait. The window on the room was broken and the curtains were ripped. This hotel does not look like the pictures at all. Lobby boy was kind and helpful.

Had an amazing stay at this Hotel! Would definitely stay here again if i come to Bogota. The housekeeping staff is very nice and does a great job! My only problem was the noise from the windows not being soundproofed well. But that doesnt change me 5 star rating. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very kind, breakfast was delicious and the view from our room was stunning. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. If we come back, we’ll love to stay there again. Excellent service!

Chairs and couches need to be deep cleaned. The hotel sits on a corner which hosts large amounts of traffic and noise. If you get a room facing the street you will get plenty of noise to keep you up. Wouldnt recommend this hotel at all

The rooms were nothing like the pictures we saw… it looked like a raggedy old motel. It was clean and the location was safe. The staff was nice and breakfast was excellent!

Think it’s a good idea for at least one staff member to know some English to assist those visitors who may not be too fluent in Spanish. That would assist with miscommunication.

I liked the staff and the room was nice. The breakfast was easy to get into, food was good. The workout area was extremely small compared to the picture they showed. The area where the hotel was, it wasn't safe. A lot of homeless under the bridge and walking to and from my appointments made me uneasy. Otherwise, it was an ok hotel. Staff were great...
