"My wife and I were traveling through and found the Lighthouse on short notice. The Lighthouse sits at the base of Saginaw Bay and has a 280 degree view of the water. The sunrise and sunset was simply amazing and the bird watching was incredible. We saw so many birds but the most impressive was a juvenile bald-eagle fishing on the bank prior to sunrise. The Lighthouse is small and tight but a perfect location if you want to get away and simply hit the reset button. You will not be disappointed. "

From the fully furnished kitchen to the back deck looking out to the beach and wonderful view of Saginaw Bay, this house was charming and had ample room for our family of six. The hosts have provided plenty of games to entertain yourself on those days or nights you need to stay inside. There is a beach firepit and there is even firewood for purchace onsite. We will be looking to book this little gem down the road when we just need a getaway again. "
