“This hotel really needs updated. The bathroom is very small and you have no room between the door and toilet. The elevator is so slow and can’t fit more than two people with luggage. We also had issues with our cards not working half the time which didn’t make sense.”

“For the price the property was good. The only issue( and a BIG ONE) during our three day stay was the shower water was like warm at best and on the second day we had NO hot water. Several functions were in town so in the evening parking was horrible! Way to many charging stations for electric cars. I didn't see one being charged during our stay.
Would I go back, NO, too many other hotels in Midland to pick from.”

“The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”
