“It was perfect for our first time in Lake Tahoe. Very quiet area perfect to relax. FYI House has a lot of stairs to go to the rooms it has 3 floors 4 if you count where the pool and sauna are located.”

“Came for soccer tournament. Great location. Great neighborhood. Nice house layout. Dated but maintained. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Not super stocked, but has essentials. Close to town but out of the bustle. Don’t expect new, modern or shiny and you will be pleased. I would stay again and recommend. Super comfy for 6.”

“The property was great. However, the hot tub was not working properly and it was lukewarm on Friday and it was cold on Saturday even after I have increased the temperature and covered it. Having the hot tub is one of the main reasons we chose this house. ”

“Stayed late January of 2025. House is 9 minutes from the stagecoach lift of Heavenly. Plenty of room (five guys, everyone had their own bedroom) with beds to spare. Amazing view, wake up each day with the sun coming over the mountains. Quiet neighborhood, but make sure you have a vehicle that can handle some snow. But if you are there to ski you will probably have that anyway. Communication with owner was great, would stay again in a heartbeat.”
