The main bed was comfortable BUT the futon's were actually chairs that folded out and they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There was no staff available. It was all contactless. I was so impressed with all of the care and details they put into their hotel as well as making their guests feel special. I will definitely be coming back! It was such a comfortable getaway."

When we finally got our drink the waitress made sure we did not sit at any of her tables. Next day we had an early tour and only had time to grab some items from the continental breakfast. We asked if we could have a to go cup for coffee and were told no. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. Very convenient to the train station."

"This is an old Victorian hotel with character. It suited us because it's not modern and sterile like so many other hotels today. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. We did not eat at the hotel so we can't comment on the food. The town is lovely to walk around with a couple of cafes and a small Morrison's grocery shop."
