Poor reception service.
The hotel keeps looking for ways to charge extra, i got charge addition for one person when we were two adults and infant, we got the same room and everything charged for three,but got only two towels and accessories for two person. When checked out got charged for using two face towels which was too dirty, Hotels reason is towels need to be replaced, which should be washable if i had to wash it myself. Reception staff are not as friendly. Shower has poor water pressure and hot water was luke warm water. Hotel could not fix the issue in the three days stay.

In context to room charges, I believe my manager had discussion with you. We have charged pre-agreed rates as per agreement between you and the respected portal. Yes, the damage charges were raised as the face towel was in very bad condition and we were left with no other option apart from discarding the same. We apologize for falling short and not being able to meet your expectations as desired. Good experience, great staff who cater to your need. Only complaint TV does not work and every time you walk out of room you have to reprogram it. Management needs to fix their tv/cable/dish network

Nice quiet hotel with great staff.
Really nice hotel in the quieter part of alkapuri. Room decor and hotel decor terrific. spacious rooms with kitchenette. Good powerful showers too. Helpful staff. Wiling to refill your multi use water bottle if you dont want to contribute to single use plastic waste. Overall highly recommended. Dining options not bad and decent breakfast too. The beds were bit soft for my liking but this is common in India.

Absolutely Fantastic!
Absolutely Fantastic! I had surprised my wife with a trip to India and especially to Gujarat to experience the Uttran (Kite) Festival. We stayed at the Eastin for the first time and what a great experience it was. This place should be rated 5 star. It's a very artsy place and the rooms are very spacious. For one night I invited my relative and the conversion of the couch into a bed was great. The staff was very nice and everyone was very helpful. I will defiantly stay at this property in the future and am already looking for what other places they have in Mumbai. I think the only thing that needs improvement was the selection of breakfast items but then I maybe comparing it to places like Taj in Mumbai which I shouldn't do. The breakfast was adequate. I've already told so many people about Eastin in Vadodara! Thank you for the great experience. There are no hotels in the World that can beat the hospitality of India. Please let us know about any employees that made your stay extraordinarily great Every staff member was great. I had written the names of several but I feel everyone deserves credit!

Room was large and reasonably comfortable. Noisy in view of some construction work. Road leading to the property is in poor condition and one could not walk on it. Restaurant service, where I had breakfast was good.

Noisy, smelling, but otherwise very good
Loud "lounge" music everywhere, due to idiotic speaker placement it penetrates even most of the rooms. Happily, they switched it off after 23:00 hrs after asking. Airco also VERY loud and freezing cold; will not permit you to sleep. Which is a shame, because the rooms are otherwise very good laid out with very good comfort and good beds. Mysteriously missing however is a rack to hang your towels. Spoiling the experience further is the penetrating smell of a cleaning detergent everywhere in the building. Some people don't notice, but others like me are totally put off by it. So for me this hotel is 9 out of 10, but that lacking point is just spoiling everything. Not recommended.
