My team and I deeply regret to read about the unpleasant experience you had regarding the hot shower glitch and the recovery effort our staff had offered. In context to room charges, I believe my manager had discussion with you. We have charged pre-agreed rates as per agreement between you and the respected portal. Yes, the damage charges were raised as the face towel was in very bad condition and we were left with no other option apart from discarding the same.
