Everything was good, especially the friendly staff, but the options for break were very limited. We had to eat exactly the same thing every morning for 7 days!

Room was big and we had lots of room. Bathroom was also very big, but what was not so good was the layout of the bathroom/design. Water pressure was great but the drainage was very bad due to no wall around the shower only a curtain. So the floor was always wet. Shower curtain did not keep the water in.

Toilet wasn't clean which was a bad start to the stay, and it seems as if no money is being spent maintaining the hotel - why are the owners so greedy? The location is okay though, (10 min to metro), and room was big with a good vi

Room wasn’t the one shown, nobody working there understood English properly, very minimal. They couldn’t even help us with ordering takeout food, change for the vending machine or an adaptor plug. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, which means you have to walk out into another room to wash your hands etc. Very smelly corridors. I won’t recommend

quiet hotel close to Paris
Second time in this hotel: great Chinese restaurant in the hotel itself. It is far from Paris style of hotel, as it is a bit out of Paris, it is cheaper and bigger size of the rooms. It is very quiet as there is no traffic around the hotel: 2 rivers.

For a 4 star hotel, it could be better, service is not the best. You have to ask for everything, tea kettle in the room. telephone numbers provided for in-house calls such room service or house keeping are not working. I had to call the exchange to request a pressing iron, took nearly 2hrs to get an Iron. Noticed iron wasn't working. Called back to inform them it wasn't working. Took over half hour to get iron replaced. Things that are meant to be standard in a hotel room, you have to call to ask for them. Apart from that the rooms where clean, picture they have on the website is deceitful and should be changed.

Good value hotel, everything we wanted.
The hotel was well located for accessing the city by metro. The rooms were very spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the Seine.Underground parking was a great bonus. A great stay.

還不錯的飯店
即使房間禁煙遊客還是會在陽台抽煙，若是開門煙味就全進房間了，很難聞。房間很大，床也舒適，陽台沒有煙味的話真的很棒

Not a 4 star hotel.
This hotel is ‘ok’ definitely not a 4 star, I would say a 3 star. The room is a 3.5 star room. It could use renovating. The staff are scarce and not accommodating.

Nice hotel
Nice and clean hotel with good and friendly service. There was a choice of an American breakfast or a Chinese. We choose the Chinese which we found OK.

Location vs Price
The location of the Chinagora is it’s primary disadvantage. We stayed there because business required it. It’s in an industrial area not suitable for easily visiting Paris. Taxi rides to central Paris cost 30-40 euros each way. The underground is about 4 blocks away but takes about 40 minuets to reach central Paris. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Price is the reason to stay here.

Potential but disappointing.
Hotel looks good on pictures, has potential, but disappointing in reality. Let down by run-down area, maybe further development in future? Smelly corridor, especially from basement car park. Some light bulb in room not working, toilet door not fitting properly. Reception area/staff definitely not fitting a 4-star hotel, staff not in recognisable uniform and look unprofessional.

Good Hotel for a fair price
Overall a fair stay, big rooms, comfortable bedding. Bedding is clean as well as towels. carpet with stains. Location a bit isolated but OK. Overall very nice staff and I'll certainely come back

Don't waste your money
Very expensive for what you get. Breakfast is quite basic and the hot food was cold. You pay I high price for a normal room which is more than 3 times the price of what others nearby were. Ok the Chinese trim was nice but rear of hotel very dirty.

great room, nice and comfortable conditions, very typital Chinese style hotel. We're very enjoyed our Chinese style breakfast and dinner, but not quite sure whether western guests enjoyed it as well, we would suggest the hotel to have more breakfast choices for western customers.

Great hotel, very close to Notre Dame, 10 minutes drive, parking underground, 6 euros, free wifi, restaurant at the hotel with massive portions! breakfast a bit on a simple side, would def recommend it

Good stay, good location, good value for money
Overall it was a very good stay with the positives being very good value for money being so close to the city centre (we paid £82 for a standard double) and the view was great overlooking the river and most of South Eastern paris. It's also very close to a metro which is the best mode of transport by far. Negatives being the double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together which can be very uncomfortable, the food was very expensive even for Paris standards and there was a lack English tourist information (was all in chinese or French). However that aside we had a good stay and would recommend to a friend.

Room was nice but it did smell of smoke. Service was not the best for example when I phoned reception to ask for an iron I was told to come to pick it myself.

The worst hotel on the planet
As soon as we got their reception staff not helpfull then the rooms no drinking water no tea Coffee making facility ,toilet role holder broken. bugs in the room the aircon didn't work told the reception staff they said the wold sort it out nothing happend so we kept the balcony door open doing the moos out side kept us up all night so we woke up at 13.00 when we asked the reception for the room to be serviced the said the house keeping had gone home all though in the literature the house keeping could be done until 16.30 and when we complained about the heat in the room the said we should have switched the a/c off and open the balcony door we said that was the resone for waking up late a very very poor show we had 3 rooms for four night but checked out after one

Our technical service had verified the airconditioning and put it on the next day. Furthermore, you put in front your door the indication "Do not disturb" that why the housekeeping do not clean your room, but the cleaning was made in the afternoon around 16h30 and we put the facilities as water, tea and coffee. It really is a Chinese style hotel.
Odd in Paris and breakfast is what a European would think of as an evening meal. There were some croissants around the corner if you looked hard enough. No bar in the evening - and you have to walk quite a way if you want a drink before bed. It was on offer and was good value - Don't think I'd pay the full price.

Positive impression
I was positively impressed by this chinese-run hotel that caters mostly to groups of chinese tourists visiting Paris. Clean and large rooms, together with fair pricing, make up for the not-so-great location of the hotel (however it's only 10min walk from the metro). Good restaurant too.

Nice hotel, not most convenient location
Our stay was pleasant and our room was clean and spacious, but parts of the hotel were in disrepair. The outside gardens were not accessible. Parking is cheap but the staff at the front reception told us it would be 6EUR per entry/exit. It is actually 6EUR per night.

The room was very clean. The shower had a towel rack in it that had a very sharp edge to it. Not sure why you would have this type of rack in a place where someone could (and did) cut themselves if they back into it. The neighborhood was okay but dirty, although all of Paris seemed to be filthy.
