"I stayed at this hotel with my two sons for four nights. We arrived late after reception was closed. We called on phone number provided and the gentleman Lukas guided us how to check in. Room was clean and shared bathroom/toilets were clean too. For the price facilities provided were fine. Metro station was on few minutes walk to get around the city. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received
